Took care of my paint scratches with no issues at all. They handled it quickly and the service was great. Craig Sturm was the guy who help me out. Look at the pictures of my scratches - he killed it! Also has a mobile service so he can take care of you on-the-go for stuff like this or if you can't come out to Ben Clymer's for the fix.

Really Honest! I went here 3x and everybody was Very Knowledgeable, Professional and the Quotes were completely in alignment with other vendors. BUT I just feel safer and respected here. Edgar was absolutely so experienced, knowledgeable, and very polite. He worked so hard and went out of his way to get our car back as soon as possible. Always keep us updated on the process which very nice and also helped us to be patient while we waited for the car to be done. Once it was done the car was washed and explained to us what was done to the car. I highly recommend this body shop. We will be back and will recommend to family and friends.

The only body shop I would ever trust our cars with. My wife’s car had a rock kick up from the road and ding the fender on her brand new Mercedes GLS580. Ceasar, and the team at Ben Clymer’s in Riverside made our new car look new again. Great customer service, great results. Kept us informed on everything throughout the repair, and the price was great!

My insurance company recommended Ben Clymers body shop to me and it took 5 weeks to get an appointment to bring my vehicle in. I was concerned that after waiting 5 weeks to bring it in but was told that once I was in the shop it would be done in appropriate 2 weeks. Nearly 5 months later and stories about waiting for parts I received my vehicle, is this the way a business should run? My contract with the shop wasn't very professional and aggressive on the phone there is no excuse for this. I did receive a call from the shop manager and he was very courteous and apologized for my poor service and treatment.

Worst experience ever went to Honda. They right away referred me to be climbers dealt with Cesar and Henry had my car for two months they destroyed my windows overcharged. The insurance an estimate was 1500. Then State Farm was involved and they charged State Farm over $3000 For a bumper. It took him two months to fix. Do not go to the shop I asked for help at Honda with Angel and they don’t want to take responsibility. However they are affiliated and I do not recommend this shop. Do not take it. They’re overpriced. They take way too long. They sent everything out to have someone else do It Extremely unprofessional and they drive your car. They drove my car to their house. They had Sprinklers they destroyed my car with residue didn’t wash it properly. Do not do not go to the shop.

This is the quality of work I received from Ben Body Shop. You would assume they do body work for a living and expect them to put the car back together better then before but this is very troubling. I dropped off my car on Tuesday, after 4th of July. It was expected to be finished by the Friday of that week but I got a call from them and I was told the paint work failed inspection. So they kept the car over the weekend until next Monday (totally fine with that because I expected good quality work). When I got the car it looked OK. When I reached home, I doubt checked all their work and man, I was disappointed! The bumper is half sagging, bunch of screws and bolts missing, clips not properly put back and I specifically asked them to save the bumper supports and they told me they would. Guess what, nowhere to be found.

One of the worst body shop I ever seen in my life. They do really terrible job which I don’t recommend to any of my friends or relatives. The one cross the street call Caliber body shop has better service and high quality job and follow up with insurance so customer doesn’t to do nothing. DT

Horrible horrible service kept my car for two months. It was just a bumper 1500. They jacked up the insurance they stole from the insurance charge the insurance company State Farm $3000 Henry and Cesar.L I asked for help from Honda spoke with Angel. They right away referred me to been climbers. Do not go to the shop. They do very unprofessional work. The bumper took two months to fix. They were driving my car for their personal errands and fixed the window and left all kinds of air bubbles from the tent. Do not go to the shop. They are your typical ripoff shop. Their prices are extremely high and they do unnecessary work I will be filing a complaint.

I have to tell you, service like this is unheard of these days. I pass by the Riverside location all the time and finally when I needed their services, it was the first place I thought of. Recently, my vehicle was hit on the passenger side as a lady was parking her car next to mine. The entire side of the passenger door and a portion just before and after it was scraped. No major damage aside from a small, hardly noticeable dent an inch or two long. You could see where it was "scraped" from the marks it left. I was really hoping it could be buffed out. I didn't touch it as we were going through the lady's insurance and just wanted to get estimates before proceeding with any work. I arrived at this location today and asked for an estimate. I didn't say anything about buffing it out as I wanted to hear what they had to say first. Hoping they weren't going to try and over sell me on work not needed. Unfortunately it's what I've come to expect from the service industry. Not here! The gentleman looked at it and quickly said he thinks it can be buffed out. I was relieved. Now to see how much it would cost to do that. Mind you this was the first location I visited for a quote. I usually get 3 or 4 quotes before proceeding. He tells me right away that he can take care of it for me, and get this, at no charge! Who does that nowadays? No one! Still hesitant, thinking did I hear correctly or is there a catch? I asked what's the procedure, how long will it take, and when can they get me in? Thinking it would be done at a later date. He tells me give me 5 minutes or so and I can take care of it for you. I ask again, and no charge? He confirmed! I was incredulous. I agreed and sure enough about 10 minutes later he comes back out and my car looked great! Couldn't even tell anything had happened. He even took care of another different paint rub-off where my wife hit a vehicle a while back. It was a red mark on my white car. All this at no charge! I was dumbfounded. He gave me a business card for a paintless dent repair technician for the small dent I have as they don't do PDR. This type and level of service is unheard of anymore. Very honest company and personnel. I highly recommend Ben Clymer's The Body Shop for their level of service, honesty, and integrity. I hope I never have to, but I will definitely use them in the future should I need their services again. Thank you again! One Happy and Satisfied Customer

Excellent Service and Impressive Work! I recently had my vehicle repaired at Ben Clymer's the body shop Riverside , and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From my first contact with Elise at the front desk she was courteous and very helpful in arranging for me to bring my vehicle in. Alex my Estimator did a great job explaining the process and the work that needs to be done on my vehicle. I was very impressed with getting text messages throughout the process of the repairs on my vehicle. My car looks brand new! The paint match and bodywork were amazing. What’s even more impressive is you get lifetime warranty on anything that is fixed on your vehicle! Henry the Manager did my walk through when I picked up my vehicle and he was very nice and helpful he even gave me a complimentary brake light change Thanks Henry! Best body shop around. Don’t go anywhere else. These guys took care of me so good. Called and spoke with Elise, she booked me and appointment to get my car looked at and repaired. She was incredibly kind and showed so much enthusiasm that I would be taken care of the correct way. When I got there AJ also came and greeted me, we went out to get my car looked at. Some one had crashed into my rear end, they got me in and out in no time. Super easy to make appointment and even easier when you get there. Elise made my day with her great smile and incredibly caring attitude. They gave me the confidence that my car would be fixed and repaired so good that you would not even be able to tell it was in an accident. I love this body shop, every one was friendly and instilled the confidence that I would be repaired and fixed in no time. Got a great quote to fix my ride and when it was done, you couldn’t even tell there was prior damage. Thanks again Ben Clymer, I will refer anyone I know to you guys !!!!
