After being ripped off by my previous mechanic, I was very worried about finding another. This shop had good reviews, so I went to drop off my car for a check enging light. The mechanic there told me they were busy and backed up 3 days, and I would need an appointment - but then asked what was wrong. I told him, he checked the error code, and found it was just a flag for "maintenance". He reset it and didn't charge me a cent, solved the problem, while he was busy. Amazing service.

This is my sixth times visit to the shop. Very busy here, but they still take time to make sure your questions are answer thoroughly. Still impress & amaze how wonderful this place is. Another thing how popular & wonderful this shop is customers can't stop coming in & refer many friends. It's best to schedule appointment so they can take good care of your vehicles without any disappointments. But it's well worth it.

Tom at Sacto did a pre-purchase inspection for me and he did an outstanding job. The price was more than fair and he did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and told me everything I wanted to know about it. He called me several times throughout the day to tell me what he had learned and analyzed every detail of the vehicle to help me make an informed decision. Having Tom involved took a lot of stress off of me knowing that there would be no surprises with the newly purchased vehicle. I highly recommend Sacto Auto for whatever you need. It may take a while to get an appointment but that is the reality with well run businesses, they're in high demand.

The absolute most honest knowledgeable group of mechanics I’ve ever come across in my life. We will never let anyone look at our vehicles except Tom and his crew. He saved our car. He took a chance on us with our Nissan and to this day it runs strong when I’ve seen so many fail. He has given us so much advice even if it means he’s not making as money from us as he could if he were to cheat us. Man I cannot recommend this place enough! Brought in my Subaru Outback for a rear brake change and resurface and a left front axle replacement on a Friday evening and got it back less than 24 hours later! Super professional and fast service! Awesome service! My air strut blew out on me and the replaced it and recalibrate the air suspension on a mercedes all ib about 3hrs.... Tom was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and will break everything down to inform you exactly whats going on and why. Very humble and down to earth easy to talk to. Definitely recommend.
