Bought a car from them its a 2021 NX300 F sport less than two weeks the fan servo stop working, i drop off the vehicle from them and the service advisor lend me a loaner vehicle, i complained about the loaner vehicle because it smells like a the vehicle drove to a horse farm. A day passes by i called them and ask for an update about my vehicle they said they will call me back but they did not so i called them again and told them about the loaner and they had no comment about it. But they said they got my car parts already but its been two days they had the parts but they havent installed it and they said that they will call me tomorrow about my car sometime in the afternoon if they be done. But they wont reserve me a different loaner car.

This was my first visit to Lexus of Temecula and I must say I was very pleased with the customer service. We were greeted with a smile staff was welcoming and treated us with dignity and respect our service advisor appeared to be very knowledgeable attentive and very helpful. We requested a courtesy car while our car was getting service and one was provided. Overall we were very pleased with Lexus of Temecula and will recommend to friends and family

Most of my family had Lexus cars from Lexus of Ontario. For vehicle loaner, it was unfortunate that the Ontario branch do not have any availability for a weekend long trip to San Diego. The alternative was Lexus of Riverside. However, after making an appointment and going to get the vehicle in Riverside branch, my cousin-who also have a Lexus 2024 RX plug in from Ontario-was told blatantly in the face without no effort in verifying details by Lexus Riverside service crew, Matthew Milano that there was no appointment and no available car loaner. Obviously, this made my cousin confused and frustrated. I was good for him to ask another service crew who made a such comment as to why Matthew would say such things. My cousin eventually got a car to loan for the weekend. I did left a voicemail to their service manager, David Asuna about my complaint. No return call yet. My cousin and his wife did make complaints diffirently. There is a very big need for Matthew to be re-train in professional customer work ethics and etiquette to correct such work attitudes and behaviors. Looking forward on how Lexus of Riverside would act upon this issue so as other customers in the future will never get thru the same ordeal.

0/0 review. Do no Does not offer courtesy vehicles when the customer PAYS for a service! They also tried to sell me an overpriced vehicle. Ended up negotiating a better deal at Lexus of Beverley hills
