The Riverside Chevrolet repair facility overcharged me $215 for simply diagnosing and reconnecting a loose wire on my Chevy volt. They are con artists for sure, and I will not recommend them. Do not take your vehicle to them to have it repaired; I won't ever take mine back there again. I'll post this review on Yelp so people can see that I'm not alone in my experience.

I generally take my car to Dutton GMC directly across the street for an oil change but almost every time I go I get quoted a 2 1/2 hour wait or get turned away due to service being too busy. This time I decided to go across the street and ask Chevy how long it will take. I was immediately greeted by an amazing service representative named Tania who quoted me two hours, then immediately processed my paperwork and got my suv back. I waited for approximately 45 minutes after being quoted for two hours, and my vehicle was ready to roll. I greatly appreciate the professionalism that Tania displayed. Most importantly, I appreciated the respect of my time and being treated as an important customer. I will from now on be taking my GMC to get service at Riverside Chevrolet. Keep up the good work.

Left feeling very unsure with the service done on my car. I went on the Riverside Chevy dealerships website; under services and parts; under service and part specials; there is a 6-quart oil change, tire rotation, and 29-point inspection special for $59.95. My car only holds 4-quarts; this was the lowest quart and price offered, so this was the special I wanted. Under the price there is a schedule service button, I clicked it and followed the prompts. On one of the pages there is an option for a shuttle; I needed one. Everything started out good, but... I arrived the next day, spoke to the service associate, he went over the pricing, the price I saw online wasn't offered, so I told him what was online and that's what I wanted. He paused and fumbled a little, then said "we don't have that price, the lowest price we offer is $79.95." I was confused and thought that was strange because it's clearly listed on the website, but I didn't argue and agreed to the higher price (final cost ended up being $74.09). Then I asked for the shuttle and was told "we don't have a shuttle anymore due to covid," which is totally understandable, but again, I was confused, because online it gives you the option for shuttle service. Thankfully, they accommodated me and got me to work, which I am so grateful for! When I arrived to pick up my car and went to the cashier, no one went over the work done on my car with me; I didn't receive any paperwork on what was inspected with the 29-point inspection. I left feeling very unsure. I paid more than I wanted, and I'm not entirely confident that my tires were rotated and the 29-point inspection was made (if it was, I'm sure they would have called out the rubber piece hanging from my rear windshield, and the huge crack almost the entire length of my windshield, but no one said anything). I made an appointment with expectations for one thing (according to their website), and got something entirely different. If what's offered on the website is no longer available, I recommend they update their website, otherwise it's false advertisement.

Craig jumped to helping my husband when his lifters failed 2,000 miles from home. They repaired it all under warranty, secured a rental, and they also took note of other expenses he incurred over 2,000 miles from home. It truly sucks that we bought the truck thinking we could trust it, and it stranded him from his sick wife for a week extra, but I drove back with him to get the truck personally just to say Hi to Craig and see who he was. 10/10 for his customer service and repairs so far. Just sucks the vehicle wasn’t made well.

Not a good experience. Service is lacking. First, called and left a message. No call back so I made an appointment online. Second, I wanted a few simple things done. Dropped off my truck at 8:20am and it wasn't ready till after 4 pm. Talked me into an oil change. And that is all they did, put air in my tires and an oil change for hundred twenty dollars.

The service department at Riverside Chevrolet lacks tremendously. I've brought my 2022 Chevy Tahoe High Country in 3 separate times to troubleshoot and repair the Blind Spot Warning System and rear Criss Traffic Alert System that is not working. The first time, they stated it was in need of a new battery. Replaced the battery (which was in fact faulty), but the problem persisted. Second time I took it back, the check engine light tripped. There was a faulty coolant valve the needed replaced. They replaced this and apparently a module for the Blind Spot Warning System. They had my Tahoe from June 6th to July 7th. They indicated that the issue(s) has been resolved. The issue was not corrected and the Blind Spot Warning does not illuminate, nor does the Rear Cross Traffic Alert work (same sensors). On Saturday 7/22, I made an appointment for Wednesday 7/26. When I showed up, the conversation went south and Chevrolet took no ownership for a defective part.... Still under my 100,000 mile warranty (by about 80k miles). I shared that this needs to be resolved. This is a $100k car that has a fairly common feature not working properly and the technician never validated that the concern was solved. He stated that nearly all cars today are $100k and it was a moot point (really?!) and that his technician was incredibly smart, but that technology is coming into these cars faster than the techs are learning (hasn't this tech been in cars for nearly a decade now?). He then told me that he couldn't work on my car until Monday because there were too many vehicles in queue even though I made my appointment 4 days ago and that he can see me Monday 7/31. I was also told that I'm welcome to take my vehicle somewhere else. When I called GM support, they looked into my service history and there are no notes indicating that this technician reached out for product/software support with the GM team, as is commonly done with items that may be more complex. Overall, just a very frustrating experience and a vehicle with features that are unusable after several months of seeking support.

I bought a car here 3 years ago and I was so happy with the service and the car! I went to trade it in last week and the person that helped me told me many times he wasn't a salesman but they were too busy so he was going to help me. He didn't help me at all! He didn't know anything about the vehicles I wanted information on and his numbers were outrageous. He did not negotiate anything. He ran my credit, told me I couldn't have what I inquired about and handed my keys back. 2 different salesmen called me after I left but I was already upset so I didn't care to speak with anyone. I won't shop here again!

I was anxiety filled, visiting from out of state with a 'broken' vehicle and Craig Davis took me in and treated me like family from the start. He was immediately service oriented, genuine, honest and understood my predicament with my vehicle's malfunctioning. Craig was a pleasure to work with and actually felt like we were family the way he cared and communicated with me. I'm a first timer and he didn't know me from any other Stanger. I was completely impressed and will continue to praise my experience with Riverside Chevrolet. Craig Davis, thank you for support today it will always be one memory for the record books. My experience was flawless and outstanding. Cheers to you Sir! I'll be back next year:)

Riverside Chevrolet service was outstanding. They always made sure my Camaro was taken care of. I took my car in for maintenance service on March, 28, 2024. Cameron, the service advisor was so kind and professional to go through detail with me about the maintenance that was serviced. Everything went smoothly to my expectations.

I tried to get an online appointment to repair my truck and the site wasn’t working. I tried to call the service department 4 TIMES during business hours over a 2-week period. I was never able to speak with an actual person. Each time I left a detailed voicemail (the greeting said that a representative would call me back) and nobody ever called me back. I have heard similar stories from friends and family. Lousy customer service to say the least. I took my business to Moss Chevy in MoVal and they took care of me.

I do not recommend them I've called the number on here and on there website 6 times every time went to voicemail saying the service department was closed on Wednesday at 5pm theyre website says they close at 6pm, so I called the sales side and the sales person didn't even let me explain to him that the service department is going straight to voicemail he put me on hold for 10 minutes then the call ended meaning he hung up on me terrible customer service. Just take your car to a trust worthy mechanic at least they have the professionalism to awnser the damn phone.

Honestly the best treatment and service I have ever gotten at a dealership service. Dion, the service manager, was nothing but nice and helpful. He helped me out right away and took great care of my car. I had to get my thermostat replaced and they got it done within a few hours. Place was packed with cars and they still took great care in a timely manner. Craig was also extremely nice and helpful. Again, best service I have ever received. Totally recommended. Look for Dion if possible!

Had to tow my vehicle in because it shut down on me. I called ahead to see if they would be able to see me, and it was no problem! Left my vehicle overnight and got a call less than 24hrs of what the issue was. I was able to sign, pay, and schedule my pick-up time electronically which was super convenient. Overall, they were straight to the point.

My truck was "fixed" here via Carmax Norco. All they did was reset the computer system. It went from a check engine light and not turning on from auto start to it now not turning on smoothly and struggling to drive on the road. I haven't had the truck for even a month yet. Tonia was the service representative, she does not return any phone calls and it is hard to get through to anyone. This is a common issue in Silverados and the truck is still under warranty. Simply resetting the computer system and claiming "anomoly" does not fix the issue. Terrible experience.

High cost for basic service, plus they made me wait longer than I expected. Normally I am checking in and out under 15 minutes, I waited 30 minutes. I think paperwork slows them down, they should consider electronic signature and consent, then emailing paperwork to customers. Save on paper, maybe this would lower the price on an oil change.

I'm not real happy about the way I was treated from this shop. I had purchased a brand new crate motor, and lifters collapsed 3 times. It's under warranty so they take it and fix it, but at my expense every time. They have never offered to reimburse me for the rental I need to go on with my life,or give me a loner while they continue to keep me waiting for my truck. I will never bye anything from this place ever again. Not a windshield wiper, or even a valve cap. I can't trust em. SO DISAPPOINTING 3rd Time the charm??? Can't wait had to upgrade. Gotta get to work.

Do not take your vehicles here for service unless your fine with getting scammed!!!! So I brought my Silverado to service in October and they recommended to change my front brakes during my initial visit and I gave them the green light to do it 5 months later I took my truck for a service with a personal mechanic for a same day service and he said you need new brakes and they where pretty much almost metal to metal even though I got new brake in October after 12,000 miles and I don’t tow I don’t drive aggressively and I use it for my daily to and from work and I have personally work and went to school to become a certified mechanic so I know no matter what those brakes should have not be so from my understanding on Chevrolet they pulled a fast one on me the charged me 600$!! For front brakes alone and turns out they never changed them they put me, my family, and everyone around me in danger for not replacing my brakes when they said they did and charged me for. So do not take your vehicles here to service or they will pull a fast one on you or if you do take a thorough inspection to make sure they did their job correctly.!! I am very disappointed with Chevrolet for lack of quality control and its service manager for his rude behavior!!!

I’ve had nothing but frustration with Riverside Chevrolet’s service department. About 10 months ago, I had to have the entire fuel system replaced in my truck, which took a full month to get back. While I understood that kind of work would take time, the communication was poor from the start. Fast forward to now, and I’m back in for leaking fuel lines—something that shouldn’t have happened after only 10 months. It took them 5 days just to even look at the truck, which is ridiculous, and then they replaced the fuel lines again. When I picked it up, however, I noticed my AC wasn’t working. My first thought was that something might have been disconnected during the fuel line repair, especially since the AC was working perfectly when I dropped the truck off. I asked the service department about it, and they assured me that they never touched the AC during the fuel system repair. They suggested I bring it back in to have the AC recharged, which seemed odd. So, I took it back, only to be told they couldn’t see me at that time and that I’d have to come back a third time and pay to get the AC recharged. I ended up taking the truck to another diesel mechanic, and they informed me that there's no way to replace the fuel lines without disconnecting the AC. This was clearly a case of poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail. I’ve had a lot of repairs done over the years, but this experience has been the worst by far. I won’t be returning to Riverside Chevrolet for service again. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and careless work has cost me time, money, and trust. I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you care about getting your vehicle fixed properly the first
