They refused to let me check out at 5:02 stating they close at 5. No disclosures were made about the check out time. The manager was literally enjoying refusing to help me. He harassed me all the way through the parking lot, taking pictures of me and my car. Beware of these scammers.

With my 2003 Ford expedition a used window motor cost $75. I checked Amazon and it was $35 brand new. Guess which choice I made?

This place is so so when it comes to prices, as far as parts go forget about it good luck, I'm giving this place and others like it a break. First come, first serve, but these places should have visit restrictions per person per visit they visit per month.

Depending upon what you're looking for, and your ability to twist a wrench, you'll likely save money at a local pick your part Remember to bring whatever tools you need. If you would rather keep your hands clean, the part can be removed for you. Pick your Part yards are located throughout SoCal, find one near you and save a few bucks.

Hello, I want to share my experience with this junkyard company, today I call to try to sell a car that I don't use, but it was the most horrible experience I've had, first a person answered me that his English had a very strong accent and I didn't understand and I apologized because I told him that I was having difficulty understanding him, he got angry and began to give me a rude attitude that I had to hang up and call again i decided to speak to someone in Spanish and it was the same oh worse I asked him to please let me talk to His manager to report his bad attitude and told me that he could not transfer my call with anyone else because no one had my time to be listening to my complaints. That's why I wouldn't recommend anyone here. For their bad customer service.

1st time at this pick a part. Lot's of cars to get parts from. $3.00 Admission per person. Thankful to God does answer prayer and sent someone us three girls to help us get a part that was difficult to take off apparently guys don't really help here when they see a woman in need but thankfully there was someone there to help us parts for kind of pricey some things you might as well just get at AutoZone or something but overall pretty good experience

This is the worst place to buy car parts they told me they had a transmission for me and that I can buy with a card then I get there they told me I couldn't pay with a card. The old guy in the front wasnt very helpful even tho he was supposeto be the manger. Then I tried to talk to the owner for some reason he is never there when I call. Overall this place just waste your time and dont even try to resolve the problem.

Went for just a switch off of a door for a 2003 ram. When I went to check out they were trying to charge me 40 for just the tiny switch. I explain to the guy that its just a switch and nothing else off the door he just laughs. I left and found the part brand new online for 22 bucks with shipping included.

Seems like a pretty decent business. They did not have the part I needed but maybe next time I’m in the area. I will check to see if they do.

Well was going to look at the inventory to see what they had available here but got stuck reading the reviews and yep you guessed it going somewhere else, the reviews are shameful and a business who allows this kind of feedback and have it continue does not deserve the publics business.tge owners are to blame here and in my opinion very incompetent in there ability to treat there customers who are going to there place of business already with obvious problems, then to be overcharged misquoted and people are leaving there things on the counter and walking out after pulling the part, you got to do better then this, if you want help in making your business profitable and make customers want to come back don't hire people who just don't care, this job kikecany other is important to keep old cars alive but your killing people's spirits and that's down right dirty. Just my opinion.

Update: the admission has more than doubled, now $5 to get in. Parts prices seemed to have tripled. All locations go by the same pricing index. Other location wanted to charge me $456 for a cracked bumper cover. Extra for license plate holder. Extra for 1 busted fog light & extra for the 18 inch foam insert. This place has a good Size yard. They sit on 3 different levels. So be ready to climb up those hills. Important note: you need to know where your car is located. The app is good, but NO internet reception or very slow if you can connect. You really do not want to be walking up and down those hills to many times. They strip these cars down pretty fast. So a lot of parts are already gone. They keep the yard fairly clean. Parking lot is big. They have a glass shop in the parking lot. Prices are much higher than before. Think it's to cover the damage people do. Like cut the quarter panel, slice the wiring harness & break the windshield just to get the cigarette lighter. *UPDATE* 4/25 nothing has changed. Still over priced. Messy yard, you still need to be in shape to get up to the upper levels, pulling your cart.
