I went to this place to get my BMW fixed and he is a total and complete hack. He was suppose to give an estimate, but instead “fixed” a bunch of things that I have no idea if they were even broken. Then he holds your car hostage with a bill over $2000. I never authorized any work. Do not come here.

Poor service and attitude. Broke down again after an hour driving. Heres what happened: On thursday i broke down in kramer junction outside of san bernardino. Something had hit my car and sheared the oil line. I had oil everywhere including under the hood. I dropped my car off at the german auto haus after speaking to the owner. The next day he told me that i must have hit something pretty hard because the oil coolant line was sheared and my air conditioning box had to be pulled back into place. The show owner told me that the car was running better than he expected and that i would be good to go, knowing that i was driving 700 hundred miles to new mexico to visit my family. After driving for about an hour the car broke down again. Thankfully i was only 10 miles from indio, ca and was able to get towed to a motel 6. The next day i took a look for myself. The engine itself was still covered in oil. My serpentine belt had shredded and the pulley had seized. I called the shop back tuesday after consulting a second mechanic and was told by the owner that as far as he was concerned, i came in for an oil leak and he had cleaned the underside of the car as well he could. Here i am shocked that he didnt even seem to look under the hood. It was so bad that the pieces of the serpentine belt were stuck to the side of the engine, alternator and pretty much anywhere else it could under the hood. In the end the shopkeeper told me i could do whatever i wanted in regards to reviewing him because he saw no issue with his work. Buyer beware. These guys are not thorough in the slighest and take no responsibility for their work. I would think any mechanic would consider the condition of the car as a whole in instances like this and would have at least opened the hood. And if he did and he saw that the oil had sprayed under the hood yet let it slide, then i question the validity of his title as a mechanic. For those of you reading this i advise caution and that you consider your options around the area.

I met with G.W. and he looked at my 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. Over many months my car had been burning through multiple alternators and batteries. G.W. said bring it in right away and the moment I pulled into the lot he was on the problem I dumped into his lap. My experience was great because he explained in detail about what was going on every step of the way. I appreciated that. This place is the only place I will take my car to. If you have a German car and live In the San Bernardino area this is where you need to go. Geoff is honest, timely, and does an AWESOME job. I had had issues with my car for months. No one could fix it and I was dishing out money left and right. Geoff looked at my car for ten minutes came back told me what was wrong, gave me an affordable cost for fixing it and had me driving in two days. That was a month ago and my car is STILL driving like it’s brand new. He saved my car AND my wallet. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! THANK YOU!!

Please save your money and AVOID THIS PLACE . Came in for oil change and to find an exhaust leak, i paid for them to do so . They switched the oil , removed a gasket from the exhaust and didn't replace it . This made my exhaust leak worse . They told me they couldn't find the leak in their "hour inspection time" even though they removed integral gaskets and didn't give me a quote or really want to work on the car. i basically paid 150 (not including oil price) for codes to be read and gave a shrug. the same thing autozone does for free.

Geez , how can I even thank these guys enough ! I was on my way to work , I was riding my motorcycle, as I was making a left turn , my rear wheel slipped up on me cause me to fall and crash , these guys heard the wreck and saw me struggling. They didn’t hesitate to ask if I was okay and if they can help . I was okay just maybe a sprain ankle , but I was definitely worried about my motorcycle, we noticed my shift was bent in over and was not functional , these guys with no hesitation said they can fix that and help me out to get it to ride home, sure enough Aron and his father had my bike up and running in 30 minutes . Thank you so much for your help and assistance on getting back home . You need any auto work or custom german work or any type of vehicle , you need to call these guys! , they have all the skills for any job , thanks again to your team !

He fixed my 2014 BMW steering rack and although it cost a bit more then I expected to fix it his experience and knowledge definitely reflects his pricing but then again, its BMW, they are luxury cars and most of the costs came from parts which are not cheap. I would recommend going here and would use him again if anything else needs to be done.
