Nice guys, dropped my car off, they did an excellent job and whacking of transmission was gone, really inexpensive, too. Had them change spark plugs and also spark coils (one failed, it's a toyota after all) . They also fixed a leak with the radiator, thought it will be expensive but it was just the cap. Very reasonable and honest guy.

Very professional and kind staff. We had a car issue this morning and they were able to fix it same day. They kept us up to date with everything going on when they could (they were very busy) and the price was very fair. Will be going back soon to get our breaks done because we are so happy with their work. 10/10 definitely recommend.

The worse EVER! Do not take your car there… I come out with a 900 dollar bill and he DID NOT FIX the problem and now I need a motor! Like how… I went for a oil leak🤷🏾‍♂️ Save your time.. Dealing with the slow non English speaking manager is the worse. Went in for a simple procedure and now I need a motor! These people are clowns seriously

I went in last year for A/C service for my wife's Tahoe. They called me back and said it only needed a recharge and I told them it shouldn't need a recharge unless it's leaking. Anyways I let them proceed with the recharge and 7 days later my A/C was blowing hot again. Took it back in and now they said there's a leak in the condenser and it was going to cost $6-700. They couldn't accomodate or discount the price after their mistake of not doing their job right in the first place. Ended up taking it to the dealer and covered under extended warranty. Don't come here, they will take your money.

Had a bad experience yesterday. 7-13-23 Went it for a regular A/C recharge, told them it blows ice cold when the weather is under 90 degrees or so and don’t have issues unless it’s hitting close to 100 degrees. Asked them just to run it w/some Freon. Waited a little over an hour just to be told that they are going to take all the Freon out because my condenser is bad and was told AC was still running hot, at least that’s what we could understand. My husband didn’t understand him either and we went and put our hands to the AC and it’s running ice cold, meaning Freon worked. Felt like I was getting scammed. Kind of sad since I use to deliver for the original owner Muhammad and thought he ran a trust worthy service. Update: It’s been a full year since I went to Econo, and my cars AC is still blowing cold. Proving these guys tried to SCAM me into getting something done (he quoted me over $700 for parts) that I absolutely did not need. Approach this place at your own risk.

Mohammed and the team were awesome. They helped troubleshoot/replace a broken fuse that prevented my car from turning on and also ended up replacing my cigarette lighter. These are good people and I felt well taken care of. I’ll return for sure.

They will try and upsell you guaranteed. The quality of work is beyond poor. They did work on my car and once I got it back it was running worse then before. Now I need a new engine. They only get one star but that's still too much

The Worst Car Repair Shop in Town!!! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this car repair shop. Instead of fixing my car, they ended up causing more damage. It appears they use customers' vehicles to train new, inexperienced staff who only make things worse. My car came out of their workshop in worse condition than when it went in. Furthermore, I noticed that some parts from my car were missing after their so-called repairs. It's clear that theft is a common issue at this place. Additionally, the staff are constantly lying and deceiving customers. They made false promises and provided misleading information throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a reliable and honest car repair shop, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. It's the worst in town, and dealing with them is nothing but a nightmare. Welcome to San Bernardino 👎

Took my Dodge Charger in there they commented on my big hemi engine then took it for a joyride and caused severe damage to my tire and rim. They also didn’t reset my oil change indicator and did a shotty job on my brakes. They accepted no responsibility at all. Horrific people horrific service. I’ll be having my lawyer contact them and calling the labor board.

While traveling from Northern CA to LA in my 14 yr old Honda Accord with my 16 yr old cat my thermostat started sticking so II researched Econo Auto Service . This was truly a great experience,. This shop was busy, with many regulars and all of the staff were friendly, honest, respectful and the price was right. The mechanics had me back on the road within a couple of hours as promised even with their steady stream of customers . Oh, and they even offered to keep an eye on my cat so I could grab lunch., Wow,! Worthy of 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️ I wholeheartedly recommend Econo Auto repair shop. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have no idea what they're doing, I could tell they were trying to get more money from me and were boasting up. I told them to only change my head gasket, they installed it incorrectly !! The timing chain was put in wrong causing my engine to flip, now i need a new ENGINE. The mechanic where it's at now told me to take it back to this shop because they should be fixing their mistake, NO WAY I will trust this place to return to. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! They will try to sell you more and when you decline they're rude. He told me " If it starts it starts, if it doesn't, it doesn't:" DO NOT GO HERE !!! They also refused to fix their mistake and got combative instead.

They're friendly and professional. However, the places look run down and a little sketchy. They installed my head lights on my F150 in the morning. At night, I noticed the light projection was lower on the left. I called them so they could adjust them, and they told me NO. I didn't pick up this place, American Trucks scheduled my appointment with them. Be careful.

The owner (Middle Eastern?) had told me the price was at $150 and I had already signed an invoice showing the total price. I had come back an hour and half later only to be told he'd now charge me $240. The only thing I had asked for was an oil change and a fuel filter change (all brought by me: fuel filter, oil filter, 12 qts of 15w-50). Once I disagreed and said I'd have to get the cops involved he started saying hed take out my filter. Then proceeded to go into my vehicle after it was out of his shop and open the hood. I had to bring out my phone and start recording the heated interaction just for him to go back on my original price. First brought into the shop around 230 pm pst I returned around 430 pm pst to then face with this situation.

Best auto-mechanic experience I’ve ever had. I was broken down on the side of the highway 20 hours from home and called and Syed was able to diagnose the problem before I even had the car towed. I trusted him immediately to take car of the issue while I rented a car to drive home to Colorado. He then stored my vehicle until I could return. I only wish that I could take Econo Auto home with me because finding a Great mechanic is rare and I was blessed to have found them. Thank you Econo Auto team! <3 amber

I called this shop, spoke to the owner which was very rude and disrespectful when I stated to him the problem I was having with my door keypad and that I had someone to look at it he said why are you calling me why you didn't have that person fix it I told him I wanted a professional to do I said to the owner you do not have to be rude he said I am rude and it will be $650.00 to look at it and then he hung up in my face don't take your business to him very unprofessional
