I was not happy at all with this place the owner gave me a price for a engine rebuilt I went ahead and with him , it took three weeks for my car to be done and it seemed like there was problem after problem the customer service and the integrity was horrible no respect at all they swindled the best way they can . He wanted to charge me $150 for just telling me the rpms were high after doing a rebuilt I went elsewhere for a second opinion come to find out they left so many things undone I was very disappointed they are careless and did nothing to help me fix the issues . The rebuilt was done but with carelessness I was ultimately disappointed because the owner is a family mechanic for years and overall I would not go here anymore.

Carlos is solid dude. Got an alignment on my truck. Charged me 50.Everywhere else in the area was asking for 75. Will definitely come back when I have any issues with my vehicles.

I went in for a alignment and when I left it was the same. I called him and he said I need new tires. So I went to a tire shop and they said my tires were good and practically new. That I didn't need new tires. So I called ramirez again and he said to go in for tire rotation. When I left my car was worst it still drifted to left but worse is that when I break my steering wheel shakes and it didn't do that before I went to him. Now I got to get another alignment I would never recommend this place. WARNING

I had previously had Ed’s Auto shop in San Bern to fix the same issue a year ago & they clearly didnt fix it right & I paid an arm & a leg. Took my car in for some pretty basic work. Had to bring in my OWN parts,he kept my car for over a week and when I got my car back is was running worse than when I had taken it in. He claimed he changed my spark plugs but he DID NOT. He charged for everything that wasn't done correctly or at all!!!!! IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! Beware if you plan on taking your vehicle to him.He seems so nice and knowledgable that I felt I could trust him. LESSON LEARNED!!!
