For an oil change, spark plugs change and a fix on my heat shield they charged me $477. They got a sign in the front saying $60 oil changes and even that is a scam. Oil change is 89.99.

They quickly diagnosed the issue—initially thinking it was one thing, then discovering it was something more simple—and got me back on the road with speed and friendliness. Their professionalism in a stressful moment really stood out. After leaving, I did notice a rattle underneath the vehicle. Another shop closer to home later found that two flange bolts on the exhaust had been damaged. Since I wasn’t nearby, I had that part handled locally. At the time, that was the only reason I docked one star. However, I’m updating my review because the story didn’t end there. .A part that had been installed turned out to be defective, and it caused damage to another component. When I brought the Jeep back, this shop immediately made me a priority. They stopped everything, ordered what was needed, repaired the defective part, and fixed the additional damage—making everything good as new. And they did it all in a timely, professional, and genuinely supportive way. I’m blown away by the level of care and commitment they showed. Despite the bumps along the way, they stood behind their work and made sure I was taken care of. I’m grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to others.
