This Place is Terrible. I took my car to Get the CrankShaft position Sensor Changed out and after they Switch that Sensor followed with another because my Car Only Showed those 2 . And now my Car Won’t start .. he told me it’s my timing Belt and remind you my car has No Recalls besides a Break inspection. Bottom line They watched me Have to towe my car I only had for 7m away without no knowledge of even wanting to help me unless I pay for taking off my whole engine

If I could protest this business i would . I WOULDNT recommend them to anyone I know my car was left in their care for 6 days for shutting off after a snickers was found n my tank . I was told they wouldn’t diagnose my car because it starts up . Another man told me my car ran perfectly fine & the candy dissolved in my gas tank 🤬.I came to pick my car up 3/4 times never left the parking lot because it wouldn’t turn over Thursday I went again to pick my car up now I’m told there are 10+ other cars before mine won’t be touched till almost Tuesday. How is any of this possible if my car was in their possession for 6+ days already untouched and parked in the same spot

I think I found my new go to mechanic. Took my Volvo in for ac compressor and over heating issues. Alex and crew hooked it up. Very fast and reasonable beyond any other I honestly saved 500 dollars by coming here. My Volvo mechanic wanted 900 just for the ac compressor. Alex n crew did ac compressor and a new radiator for literally half the Volvo shops price. I'd be dumb to not come back

I just had the best experience at Alex Auto Care! I am a single woman and things like car maintenance can be intimidating because men are always trying to take advantage assuming a woman won't know any better and can easily be scared into paying for unnecessary maintenance. However Alex was super helpful, honest, and the prices are extremely fair!! I highly recommend this auto shop and will definitely be getting all of my car maintenance here in the future.

2008 Range Rover squeaking very bad. Alex found the source of the problem. Fixed it! Will take it back next week to get a transmission fluid service. Just for these two services it would cost over a thousand dollars from Range Rover dealer or another service shop. And it's very hard to find a good mechanic to service this type of vehicle and get the job done. And have reasonable prices. Keep up the good work Alex, my family appreciates your service.

Alex Auto has repaired and maintence my 08 Range Rover sport supercharger, and my 01 Mazda tribute for years now. Always satisfied! Will let him service my 95 Chevy Suburban soon as the interior and paint is done. In some circumstances U can buy the part and he will fix your problem and in some circumstances U need him to buy for U in order for U to keep your warranty. I love Alex auto care shop. I have been bringing Alex my bmw for about almost 2 years now. His team and including his self has never disappointed me, he takes 1 day, to fix my car. He fixed my Control arm, dropped it off before closing and picked it up the next day in the morning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seriously impressed! My body shop guy, who I've trusted for 8 years, recommended Alex and I'm so glad he did. Don't let the neighborhood or the shop's size fool you, Alex delivers top-notch work. I brought my Dodge Charger in and was thrilled to learn he and his son are MOPAR specialists. He tackled a bunch of stuff for me – motor/transmission mounts, a performance air intake, seats and center console swaps, AND fixed a door handle and LED headlights. Even though he was clearly swamped, Alex stayed cool, calm, and professional. He kept me in the loop with updates on my car, which I really appreciated. Honestly, Alex went above and beyond. The service was fantastic, and he's seriously fast! It's getting harder and harder to find a talented AND honest mechanic these days. I'll be sending all my family and friends his way.
