I went this morning to get my brakes change but literally the workers took like 1 hour to move a dozen of car that were parked inside the shop parking lot and they forgot about the customers; I think they don’t appreciate our business......please don’t waste your time going here!!!

$3450 for a new engine my truck stop again n did the same thing before I replaced the engine. Johhy stated it was the ECENGINE COMPUTER MOUDLES 2 long story short he never fix my truck so I can start and he just threw my truck outside of his yard and that my truck has been vandalized took stuff out of everything

I've read all of the reviews before this one....even on a bad day this is the best place to take your vehicle. I don't know who "Steve" is. At Easy Auto, the only guy you need to talk to is "Johnny". He was referred to me by neighbors of mine and a tow truck driver. About Johnny: This isn't just one of those rare, HONEST mechanics, no. He is way up above and beyond. He seems to know how to repair EVERY little tiny thing on EVERY vehicle brought before him. Not only will he give you fair and honest quotes before the work begins, but he often will undercharge you if the job turned out to be easy for him. Sometimes he may even see something else that needs repair and go ahead and fix it WITHOUT CHARGING YOU! YEP! It's like that here! The people that referred me to him are hard working honest members of San Bernardino neighborhoods, like Julia and her mother Milly, and Julia's boyfriend who drives a tow truck who just happens to be a good man with a good heart. Since my first experience with Johnny at Easy Auto, I have referred my own mother and sister to him for repairs on their Honda cars. He has ALWAYS treated them with kindness and respect. He always does what he says he will do, and often does even more - without charge. I'm 55 years old and have only seen one other mechanic of this caliber - and that was over 30 years ago. Apparently, if you need a sound system, or alarms or even if you want to buy a used car that Johnny will personally cover with his own warranty - this is the place to go! If Johnny ran for Mayor, not only would he have my vote, but if he were elected, he'd fix this city one step at a time, every day and put smiles on people's faces - like he does now - EVERY DAY! Tomorrow, we are going to go pick up our 2003 Altima that he just put a whole new engine into. His price is fair, and he is also repairing a bunch of other little things on the vehicle that we put on a wish list. Sometimes, Santa Claus wears a mechanic's shirt. Thank you, Johnny - for being a leader of your community. You may never have the same fanfare that Santa has, but I will tell everyone I know about you, your mechanics and the wonderful service any one can expect at Easy Auto!

It was a great mechanic place when Johnny ran it. But my family wants to know where he went cause we would rather only him work on our vehicle. If someone can get ahold of us with where he is working now I would appreciate it. He was the only person I have ever considered as a trusted mechanic
