I have had work done at this location several times. Manager Tom is very knowledgeable and informative about the work they do. I called today late morning spoke to Manny he was very welcoming over the phone, I shared my exhaust concerns with him, he told me to head over..upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile we did a consult he made no promises and kept informed... Scotty's fixed the problem and made aware of some things that may need to be addressed in the future. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and "I AM HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend them and the Price could not be beat.

I went to this shop after being referred by my mechanic to fix a disconnected exhaust on my Volkswagen Passat. My guy told me the work would cost around $160–180. When I arrived, the shop told me it would take about 2 hours and quoted $336, including labor and a $15 part. I agreed, assuming it might take time since it's a German car. Before starting, I asked them to show me the issue, and they did. The actual work: they removed the exhaust, welded the break, and reinstalled it. It was done in just 40 minutes. When I asked why I was still being charged $336, the guy at the counter said, i have reduced to 280 and “We quote 2 hours because sometimes it takes longer.” “We finished early, but it was a clean job.” “Two people worked on it” - where the other guy welded it and holding the exhaust while the other person fixed it for 8-15 mins I explained that even if two people worked, 40 minutes of combined effort isn’t two full hours. They charge $140 per hour of labor—so for one hour, it should be $140. I also asked, “If the job had taken longer than 2 hours, would you have charged me more?” Finally, one of the guys who actually worked on the car stepped in and reduced the price to $200. As a student, $200 is not a small amount. I was tired of the back-and-forth. They kept shifting the reasoning—saying they have machines and did quality work—and I eventually gave in and paid $200 cash just to end the conversation. The work itself seems good, but the way they handled the pricing felt shady and unfair. Honestly, if I hadn’t paid attention or asked questions—and if I had just been on my phone the whole time—they probably would’ve scammed me. If they had charged $160–180, I would’ve walked out satisfied. Instead, I left feeling taken advantage of.

Honestly really upset with the quality of work they gave me. Welded this massive piece of metal to support the muffler when other alternatives could have been used. I payed 225$ for the job and this is the end result. I was fooled by the photos they have on their Facebook page showing drag headers etc. With beautiful welds, only to receive these blobby/ ugly welds. I've had shops do similar jobs for 60$ but it's Too late to complain because they had already ruined my muffler. I relied to heavy on the great reviews and pictures, now I'm upset with the outcome along with a empty wallet. Guess they figured a old Honda deserved poor quality work..

Tom is a honest, hard-working individual with a professional attitude. Customer service is absolutely wonderful here. All of the employees here are a pleasure to work with as well as skilled and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for years and should have left this review a while ago. Currently had exhaust manifolds installed as well as some custom fitment for the Y pipe and rest of the exhaust. I drive 50 miles one way just to come here to ensure my vehicle is taken care of without cutting corners. It is worth the drive and every penny.
