Bad customer service. Have came here two times on two different occasions to get my car service and I’ll get told it’s a 30 minute wait and then end up waiting for hours. They do things on their time.

If you need a tire fixed or a rim repaired, and dont need it right away, come to this place, they will charge you upfront, tell you it will take one day, but it will actually take one week, and that is if you call many many times to remind them of your tires... Nice work but supper slow...

They damaged my lug nut and just wanted to throw any old one they found, not caring of the difference. Disappointed on how little they treated the situation I take pride in taking care of ALL my vehicles and wish they did the same for their customers. I did get a refund for the patch service I had done however I will NOT be going back to this shop.

They do okay service on the car, and the prices are reasonable, BUT their customer service is HORRIBLE. I took my car in on a Friday, they didn't have the part, so the guy claimed to order it and told me he would call me when it came it. TWO WEEKS went by and I did not get a call. I called the shop to inquire about the part, and NO ONE knew what I was talking about. Everyone told me to call back when the owner came in. After 3 days of calling, I finally spoke to the owner who said he needed to order the part and would call me when it came it. HE NEVER CALLED! After another 3 days of calling, he told me he'd gotten the part 2 days ago and to bring the car in the next day. When I took the car in, the owner was not there, and again NO ONE knew anything about the part or repairs. I had to sit there for 3 hours until the owner came in!

I took my jeep in for wiring paid in full then they took months to “fix it” and then they said it was the engine. I went and got it and screws were missing from the engine different parts from the jeep were also missing. I can go on and on. But do not take youre cars there !

Bad service all the way around! They are scammers there. And tell you something is wrong with you're car when u didnt even take it in for any of that. My sister took her car there and paid in full then they tried saying it was the engine. And parts were missing from her car. Windshield wipers. Screws holding up parts from the car. It was so sad. And a messShe paid in full and still had to get it towed home. Smh.

I was gonna buy a car from this Marcos at Marcos tire shop but decided against the purchaser. The man was intimidating and refuses to reimburse my$5000. So not only did I have to wait almost 2 months for a car, now I have to wait longer because he's undergoing to return my money. I find that this cash only business, is only in business to rip people off. Just because he's been in the community for so many, only entitles him to learn selfish business ethics and screw with any one he can. I don't recommend anyone to do business with him and if course will never return again. Going to court I'll keep up an s update on this review and trust your own judgement, after read how long this call take to resolve.

I took my 2003 Lincoln Navigator up too there shop to have tires put on and for them to change out my timing chain cover since the truck ran perfect and now they're saying I need an engine.. They're the worst at communication and try too talk to you like you don't know anything.. I paid in full!! The son was saying they charged me 300 that I already paid to fix certain issues with my SUV.. If I'm in need of an engine? Why'd you start putting things together and not call me on it.. I'm trying to get my SUV away from these people.. I would've been better off taking it to Lincoln-Mercury... Ik about vehicles and it's true that they're trying too get over on ppl... Calling the BBB on them n my attorney

This is the best tire shop I've been to. They do great work and are extremely friendly. You can pay with cash or card. I've been going here for years now. They don't have a waiting room so don't go expecting to sit and wait for your car if it's a big job on something other than tires. Tires you'll be in and out with friendly service and quality product, new or used.

This place is running a scam. This is how it works. I took my car to have the water pump replaced, instead the broke my radiator, when I told them that they did it I was told that it was going to break someday, so they just did it in advance, so my car wasn't drivable. So I needed a new radiator and that's how the scam works. I had to buy a new radiator and pay full price for labor. They break something so you can't drive your car and leave. The only option is to pay for the damage they did Very clever right. Think twice before you go to this place.
