Got a set of tires brand new. Two weeks later one rear tire blew in the freeway. Message them about it and they told me to go in so they can check it out. Once I got there all their excuses was that I hit something with no proof or wear on the tire. So they just wanted me to buy another tire. What a waste of time and absolutely no honor to their word with warranty.

I went here a while back to have work done on my car they used salvage yard parts and a diff with rust on it that went out on me so now I have to get all the parts they put on replace and done the right way they even left me with missing hardware just wish I didn’t let the shop take advantage of my situation and making me feel like they were helping then they blocked my number when I complained about the bad work

Tires, review for Alicia's tires, asked about 3 different ads they had for new tires, they said they a had all 3 at a certain price, showed up, they had none, and tried selling me some that weren't what I needed. They said they would order and that it would cost a bit more, I said ok, came back again and raised the price some more, I agreed again, as I needed the tires, they installed, and apparently didn't balance, had to go to another tire shop and pay so they would get balanced properly, this was for new tires. Do yourself a big favor, go elsewhere

I believe there are 3 businesses operating under this address. My experience is with Alicia's tires which is to the right of Mendez Auto Repair. This review does not involve Mendez Auto Repair. Alicia's Tires is getting a five star because they had the best "out the door" price on a new set of 215/55/17 economy passenger tires around. I found them on offerup, the price included the mount, balance and installation. The only thing that raised my eyebrow was that I did not have a wheel lock for the lugs on me. They were able to get them off but not put them back on because they did not have the wheel lock either. Now that is all well but when I asked if they have some replacement lugs they could sell me they stated, "no, but you are good to drive like that". I ended up at another shop to replace those 4 missing lugs (1 on each wheel) because I didn't agree that this was safe to do for long. I have run into this kind of dismissive behavior a lot with tire shops and mechanic shops in the past. Just be weary of that but at the end of the day it was a good experience, the price was the lowest around and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
