Several years ago I contacted Zack for help on my Magnum SRT8 which has a bad habit of eating curbs at a cost of $2k per event. He built a custom bag system for the front end that allowed me to lift the front end when needed to get off curbs and keep normal ride height. It turned out even better when it had to hauled since typical roll on wrecker can’t load an SRT because the front end is too low. I can raise it 6 inches! Loaded easily. They were the only guys who would even return my calls. I should have written this years ago. I still have that Magnum in my garage here in Florida 2006 with 54k miles and drive it weekly to keep it running like new.

Ordered 2 new model 3 performance tesla kits for me and gfs car.. upon going in for install, nothing fit my car at all.. the sent us both the wrong kits... they didn't fit at all.. I had to pay the installer for a half day wasted... got new kits in a week or so later, and had to pay installer again to install them..within 1 week the kit breaks making my car un drivable. I waited a week for parts and attempted to swap out bearings on my own car car was in drivable... did not work.. car was making a loud clunking noise.. I had to take car back to the installer and pay him to take all apart and reinstall.. we finally got the kit in and working.. but cost me 2 days of work, and another 1k to replace and fix broken parts... the whole time zack the ceo, and Richard the rep said they would give me a refund to make up for all the extra costs of their mistakes... as soon as we got stuff back together, they stopped responding all together, and won't even return a call now.. I will be disputing all the cherries for the bag kits.. don't buy universal bags.. they sell trash and don't stand behind their product when THEY make a mistake.. or when they send out junky kits that break in a week.. buyers be ware!!!! There are other similar posts here in the reviews as well..

Awesome place. They didn't offer a suspension kit for my car. I brought in a strut and Zack personally helped me figure out what I needed to get to make it happen. I don't have a lot of cash to buy a whole kit. I got the parts slowly, and DIY'D at home. Now my car sits with the stance I had been trying to get. Not too low, just right. I was having issues adjusting my Solution Series Struts and I called tech assistant over at Universal Air and Zack called me back promptly and was very patient with me and helped me get a baseline adjustment. He was in no rush and took over an hour of his day to stay on the phone with me while I made several adjustments. Customer service is top notch. Thanks Zack!

I heard of Universal Air ages ago, but only been using their bags for the last 2 months. The fit and finish of the bags are great. I found a CV boot was lightly rubbing through one of my rear Aerosport bags (my fault due to limited room), so ordered a replacement bag through the website. Placed my order at 3pm and shortly after got an email the bag shipped same day. I was highly skeptical. Received tracking info and sure enough, it did ship same day! Talk about service!! Definitely be returning to Universal Air for the rest of my air suspension needs.
