This place is crazy thorough. I went for a simple oil leak and they found it plus did a courtesy inspection on other things to keep an eye on. The impressive thing for me was that they gave me an online service account to keep track of service records. Another great thing is that they took pictures of my leak and their recommendations as evidence for the need to repair and are apart of the online record. The staff (ALL THE STAFF) is all about customer service and not once were they pushy about making recommended repairs. This place is my new mechanic.

Best experience ever in hiring a diesel mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Helen, in the office, made it easy to accomplish on very short notice. Jimmy, the inspector, was fabulous in showing me things to look for, be aware of, and probable issues (and how to be proactive in addressing). Finally!!!! A shop that does what they say they're going to do and then actually does it! For anyone who has ever hassled at a mechanic shop, please give Direct Truck a call, they DO NOT dissapoint. Direct Truck is in a class of its own, this is the most honest, kindest, courteous, hard working, quality group of people I've ever dealt with, everyone from the owners to the absolutely lovely ladies in the front office, Josephine Bertha & Helen. I've been to many mechanic shops in my life and I can say without a doubt this was the best experience / shop so far, not even close! Usually when going to your average mechanic shop you have to fight to park your car in some dusty over crowded parking lot. Then proceed through a dirty lobby, then after hunting someone down for a while FINALLY you speak to someone with a horrable attitude who looks and acts like they dislike their job and would rather be doing anything else other then speaking to you. It is because of this that I thought I'd be better off taking my car to the Ford dealer to fix my 03 Excursion (no start). Long story short, I had to chase them around for 2.5 weeks and in the end all they did was run some codes, check the tire pressure and scratched the back door, which I'm still trying to get them to fix weeks later. I had my car towed to Direct Truck the next morning, in a short time they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Quick, quality, efficient, no nonsense! I wish I would've found Direct Truck 20 years ago, it would've saved me a lot of headaches, hassle and a whole lot of money. I live in Corona and I don't mind one bit the 60 mile round trip for service. I say again - Direct Truck is in a class of its own, I will always and already have recommended them to people I know / owner operators. They have a customer In me for life, I can't say enough good things about them. I am very grateful to this team at direct truck. Thank you!

I've had service done on my vehicle several times at Direct Towing & Repair. They are always professional and courteous. Their shop is clean and they have a nice waiting room with WiFi. They specialize in commercial vehicles and I highly recommend them if you live locally and just have one car or you have a fleet of vehicles that passes through the 10 & 15 freeways. They'll help you get back on the road quickly!

I'm basing this review on service I never received. Called yesterday morning after the shop was supposed to be open, left my name, number and requested a call back. 30 hours later and no call. If anyone wants my business I don't want to hunt them down or hound them. I read all the positive reviews and thought they would suit my needs. My truck is now at Dynamic Diesel in Yucaipa and being repaired. I ran a shop, and I never had so much work that I couldn't use more.

These guys are great! Very professional but at the same time making me feel like family with good value to boot. If you don’t mind waiting a little bit, it’s worth it in the end. What I liked is the fact that they don’t try to sell you your own socks, they just tell you what you need. Look at it this way…if the county of San Bernardino trusts them with there fire trucks? them I’m willing to do the same.

Had an issue with brakes and seals on a Diesel motorhome. Darrin and his techs worked hard diagnosing the problem and were able to resolve the problem and completed the repairs. Their shop is extremely clean. Their techs are experienced and qualified to handle any automotive/truck/diesel problems. Knowledgeable professionals. My 2012 RV has a unique International twin turbo diesel engine setup. No one could isolate the power problems until I visited Direct Truck and Auto. Once again I can confidently say this is the Best mechanic anywhere!! I drive an hour and 1/2 from Sunland Los Angeles to have them work on my diesel truck. From the office staff to the mechanics and the owner - they are all friendly, conscientious, meticulous, knowledgeable, listen deeply because take your concerns seriously. They researched and fixed several mysterious problems on my truck that other mechanics brushed off. I feel very safe driving my truck after they have worked on it.

Your customer service is great very friendly office ladies. And your mechanics did a very good inspection on my truck and fix the problems that I had. The only thing I was not too happy about was the process takes a little too long from setting up an appointment. Ordering the parts took a while. From the day they did the analysis inspection to the day the truck got fixed. But I guess it's not really there for your fault it's ordering parts everything is short bu t overall you guys did a great job and your staff and mechanics are great I appreciate all your hard work I will be taking my truck again for more service

Took my 2008 F350 here for an engine code, I knew the fix was possibly going to be very expensive. I had a great experience from the first time I called to make an appointment to when I stopped by, the ladies up front and the owner were great! Very good communication and we did a less invasive, more affordable fix which was just a PCM update . I know this was only a possible fix which we would not know until it was done but it FIXED it! I couldn't be happier, they test drove it more than just down the street and went a few cities down. When I picked up my truck the owner came out and seems to be involved with every repair as far as knowing what's going on, we spoke for a minute and was very pleased! I drove it over 100 miles the following day everything is great. I think I found my new shop. They don't just go for the most expensive fix or turn you away like another shop did just because of the year of my engine.

Had my 2010 Ford Ranger in for gear shifter repair and fuel filter . I got a ride home and picked up when the work was done. Everyone that worked there was very nice. Tha tech Jaren , did a great job. My shifter is now fixed and pops into the right gear , I think it works better then when I bought it new and everything was put back just like I brought it in fantastic . And my truck is running better with the new fuel filter , I'm ready for another 15 - years . Best repair work I have had done in quite sometime, I'm very happy !!! THANK YOU!! Second time I bought my Ford Ranger in and again your great team found the problem with my check engine light still on, after a repair at a different shop. Your team fixed the problem and made it possible for me to keep driving my truck, until I can have the leaking valve cover gasket replaced. Wow that's great work and I will definitely be back to your shop soon for that as well. Thanks again for a great experience and I appreciate it.
