My experience with pierce automotive till now has not been good.My car was in the shop four days,they guaranteed the work.after picking up my car went to work and do not make home car car had the same problem.i have been spending money on rides to get to work, tow trucks loosing days at work . I feel that is they give you a guaranty on their work then they should pay for expenses I was not counting on. I'm hoping they don't take too long with the repairs like last week.

About 3 weeks ago, on a Friday, my car left me stranded, I got towed in by Carlos(Pierce Towing) (really nice guy) turns out it was a part that was a special order… No car for the weekend? Ralph found the part and I was on the road the next day! YAY! But, there was a problem, while fixing something in the steering column, the clip to my signal got broke, the following week, I brought it back, and they fixed their mistake! So I thought I would give it a try. Well this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Ralph the towing guy was able to tow my truck to a repair shop of my choice.
