This is such an amazing business! I have a Tesla model 3 and I got into a minor accident that left my front bumper with a scratch. I went to several other locations in the I.E but the prices and customer service did not match what I experienced at Picasso. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly. Sam was the best and assured me my car could get fixed at a reasonable price and he was so helpful! Don’t waste your time with other places! This one is the one to go to for your car fixes. I do not live in the I.E but I would come back here for any other issues because they out beat their competition!

I had a tire blowout that did some damage in the wheel well of my Range Rover, partially took off my bumper, and messed up some wiring; it looked bad. Parts took a while to be delivered, but I tell you, Picasso Auto Body did an amazing job. Car looked brand new. Sam helped made a very stressful time less stressful. He communicated every step of the way with updates and kept track on parts with the dealership, kept me in the loop and made the entire process seamless. Sam, I hope they know how invaluable you are. This dealership is top of the line and highly recommended this location. The customer service is always great. My car was in an accident that wasn’t coverage by insurance and they took care of me from the time I walked in the door until taking back possession of my car. They are my go to before I even go to the Tesla dealership. And they’re Tesla certified. I highly highly highly recommend. Giovanni is the absolute best. Love him. I also attached photos from an accident I had and the work Picasso completed. I have not one complaint

I was recently rear ended this past October & decided to take my Civic SI to Picasso to get some Honda certified body work done. The team did such an awesome job on my car and treated it like their own. The car is finished in a beautiful “blazing orange pearl” so with that I was very picky on who I took my car to because I wanted to color match to be spot on perfect. Picasso was able to color match the bumper to the car way better than I had anticipated! Progressive was giving us a hard time with approving the use of OEM parts but Sam & the Picasso team didn’t let insurance screw us over & came through with replacing with all New OEM Honda parts! They finished my car in about a week once they received all my parts which also was way faster than anticipated. I truly appreciate Sam & Picasso for being fully transparent & communicative throughout the whole process & for getting me back on the road as soon as they could! I would definitely recommend that you bring them your vehicle for any body work, insurance claims, or anything of that nature, they’re certified by multiple manufacturers & will exceed your expectations 11/10 thanks again Sam!

Picasso Auto Body is the best. My Honda CR-V Hybrid EX came back looking brand new after getting rear-ended — they even washed and vacuumed it, which was such a thoughtful touch. From the initial estimate after my accident to picking up my car, the entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt taken care of and treated like family. Huge shoutout to Sam for going above and beyond in my case — he fought to get all Honda OEM parts installed even though my insurance only wanted to pay for aftermarket parts, and he handled everything so I didn’t pay a single penny out of pocket! I dropped my car off on 1/5/26 and it was ready by 1/14/26, which was sooner than expected. I can now say this from experience — these guys are true professionals who take pride in their work and deliver outstanding results. I can’t recommend Picasso Auto Body enough. If you need repairs after an accident, this is the place to go — you won’t regret it.
