Work was professionally done and they kept me informed every step of the way. Took a little bit, but was worth it. Just would rate 5 stars if I could have an appointment set for the badging to be re attached to my car as I only saw when I got home that it wasn’t there. So just be sure to do a full walk around before driving off

I have had my car repaired twice at the Caliber Collision on Buchanan St. in Corona. The first time being referred by my insurance company, the second time I asked my insurance company if I could go back there again as I was so happy with them the first time! Their customer service is impeccable! Their repair team is very thorough, yet fast! The quality of work is amazing!! They kept me informed as to the progress daily via text or phone call sometimes twice a day if necessary. They make sure when you pick up your car that you leave happy and safe in your vehicle as they check all the safety features to make sure everything is working properly before the vehicle leaves. If a safety feature is not working properly they will negotiate with your insurance company to repair it before they hand it off to you. Great peace of mind! I trust them and recommend them!

I recently had my rear bumper replaced and trunk worked on at this location. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. First, the new bumper did not match the color of the rest of the car. Second, the trunk area was left dirty, even though I picked up the car over an hour after being told it was ready — plenty of time to clean it. When I brought up these issues to the service writer, Carlos, he simply said he would let the team know, but didn’t take any real steps to resolve the problem. The next day, I noticed that the floor mats were missing. I called Carlos again, and he confirmed that they had them and I could come pick them up — no apology or explanation, just a casual “you can come get them.” This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made the whole experience frustrating. I expected more from a professional repair shop.

My car was hit on a parking lot and my front bumper was hanging so I went to Caliber Collision to get an estimate, unfortunately I cannot afford to pay for the repairs at this time but Marcos the manager was able to reattach and align the bumper to make my car safe to drive and didn't charge me anything to do it. Front office nice and friendly. The people doing the work in the back are A+. They left my vehicle looking new again. Overall experience was 5 star. FYI - It took a little longer than what was estimated. I was patient; afterall it wasn't their fault that my vehicle had to be repaired. My patience paid off. I let them do what they do best; repair vehicles. I'm very pleased with staff and the craftsmen whom repaired my vehicle. I highly recommend this place for your vehicle's needed repairs.

The quality of service by Caliber collision at 3860 Buchanan St goes above and beyond excellent customer service practices! Simply look at the pictures of how CLEAN my 2017 Taco TRD pro came out! Compare to the last 3 from the damage. Taco was at this location for about 1 month as its parts are quite rare. Customer service and advisor Manuel kept me consistently updated all the way through the repair! This location has been amazing! It's actually my 2nd time having a vehicle repaired here last year was our Camry with superb work both times. This repair they even waited on me a whole week, long enough for me to come up with the necessary amount to cover deductible. Beyond grateful and will absolutely take vehicles here if future insured incidents were to occur. Praise goes to manager Ruben, and front-desk rep Amber as well! 5-stars.
