I’ve brought all my cars here. From my Dad’s 1992 Chevy truck to my my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. They have always been fair and have always been helpful in telling me what needs to be fixed now and what could wait a little longer. I’ve done everything from oil changes to full engine replacements and have zero complaints! My brother-in-law used to be a mechanic and he would always tell me ahead of time what was wrong and an estimate of the cost, they were always spot on, never tried to up sell me on anything and it was usually cheaper then what my brother-in-law had told me. Terry and Vaughn have treated me like an old friend each time I bring in one of the family cars.

These people are genuine, good hearted, honest, hard working people who will most definitely take care of you!! They did a FANTASTIC job on my Audi! Not only that but he followed up with me to make sure I was okay and went above and beyond doing extra research for me on a couple little things that he really didn't have to do. This is a place you are going to go and be treated like family. They were over half the cost of the dealership, so price wise it makes sense...but the bigger deal here is the high level of service and integrity you are going to get here. I don't normally write reviews...in this case I had to!! No hesitations!! Call them...stop in. Then you can write a review on how happy you are :)

I've been with RCAR since they moved to their current location. They are so busy now that you need to make an appointment. That says a lot about the quality of service. Teri & Vaughn are great guys too. Be sure and ask Teri about Johnny Cash, if you are a fan of "the man in black" too.

The A/C on my car went out (Honda Civic 2017). I took it to the shop 7/3. Juan was really nice and Informative. I was told the condenser was clogged and he recommended a replacement, which I gladly agreed to proceed. First clue, he said it would only take 40 mins as he will get the part right away. I came back in 40 mins and the car was ready. They were also ready to close. I drove the car and a/c was working. When I got home, I opened the hood and and saw no evidence that the front bumper was removed and clearly saw the same condenser, as it had a red mark. Immediately, I called Juan. He said “they changed the inner parts of the condenser.” If I wanted that changed, it was going to be about $399 more, some how I believed him. Then I read the invoice charges, I was clearly charged for a new condenser and labor. A/C condenser $193 and labor, which specifies front bumper assembly, $299. My guess is that they only did an a/c recharge. I hope someone reads this message and thinks it twice before bringing their car there.

We were on a trip out of town for a few days when my failed brake light warning came on. Passenger brake lights were out. After trying to figure out where to go for repair I remembered the auto repair shop by the closed Kmart in Riverside. The mechanic on duty was the nicest guy and offered to fix the light for the price of the bulb! He dropped everything and helped us. We were on our way about 20 minutes later and he only charged us a little under six bucks! We offered to pay for labor and give him a tip but he and his manager both refused! These men, especially the mechanic (I am sorry we did not get his name), were the nicest and most professional men I have ever dealt with. They saved us long waits at the dealership and turned what could have been a disastrous situation into a good start to our trip. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone! And I thank them for being so kind and considerate to us!

I love coming to them. I NEVER feel over charged or lied to about my car. I have gone to other places and told there are a ton of things wrong with the car and when I go to RCAR they fix what ever the issue is and they never add work that the car doesn’t need. My husband and I have been coming to them almost 10 years and never had a problem. The staff is super friendly and honest. I 💯 recommend them to everyone!

We have a car at this "shop" and the service writer said the car needs a laundry list of things, I approved one item form the list and then, since I didn't want to spend $1,500. That must have offended this guy's fragile soul, because he refused to do any work after that. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemingly unknowledgeable. He said the car needed tires, so that was the work I approved. After refusing all other work, all of a sudden the car doesn't need tires? Seems likes they are desperate for money or are just recommending random crap cars don't need.
