A buddy recommended me to try this place so I went and talked to them about fixing my ac and they said no problem bring it back tomorrow and they can make a new line and get it done same day so I brought it back the next day and didn’t hear anything from them all day finally called them at the end of the day and said they haven’t even looked at and said maybe they will get to it tomorrow morning so don’t take your daily driver here probably take them weeks to fix it

My car didn't accelerate service writer stated tow car here no problem ..he calls my a hour later states hear noise its my tranny they not certified for tranny diagnosis my car towed there understanding they can trouble shoot problem so I'm pay for a tow 100$ jus to tow to a professional autoshop ask to talk to mgr denied those right and he lied said he a mgr when he only a service writer

do not take your car to these people, they suck i had over 1200$ worth of work done and they took my money and did the worst job i have experienced in my life . i went back on two ocassions to allow them to correct the problems and they just gave more bs and they made a mistake on bill over charging me so i ended up going to another repair shop to get my car repaired properly correcting the mistakes they made. their customer service is the worst i have encountered in my lifetime, they really,really suck

Great local shop...Fabian is a great service writer...always does his best to identify the problem at minimal if any cost at all...Have had routine maint., electrical, and AC worked done on multiple vehicles, people don't realize how difficult electrical and AC can be on today's computer/electrical cars... Plaza always works their hardest to identify the issue prior to randomly replacing parts and their prices are very fair. Routine maint. on my diesel ram was 1/3rd the dealership price and way less than the "discount oil change" chains...

Horrible service. My car broke down while out here so I had it towed here. The guy seemed nice at first but ended up being very rude and I don't thing he knew what he was talking about. My car wouldn't start so he popped the hood, checked the oil and tried to start my car. He said it was the timing belt(I don't have a timing belt, I have a timing chain) and he can't do the work today I said ok and then he said its a compressor and can't be done today either but leave it there. What can you do today? He had one of his mechanics come over and said its the timing belt, the mechanic said it has a chain, not a belt. Im cool on coming here. I said well since you can't work on my car, I will have it moved. They did not assist me, so I pushed my car by myself out of in front of their shop bay and called AAA to tow my car to the Toyota dealer down the street. It turned out to be more that what Plaza diagnosed but I'm so glad they didnt touch my car. Their diagnosis process is trash!

Don't go here they are rip offs. Warranty department paid him to buy a new transmission for my car and they never put a new one and they kept the money and just kept on fixing what they could on my old one until it completely broke down. I all the time complaining to the warranty department about their service and how they kept my car for 2 weeks trying to get money that was already paid for they had my car for ransom until his guy paid him the money supposably that he was out. Very bad business don't go here.

A big shout out to Plaza 2 automotive in riverside on Indiana for the work they did on my van. They put a new motor in it and I told them I was having brake issue that I thought could be the master cylinder because everything on the brakes were new. The mechanic tested it and said the motor mounts and Trans mounts were bad so they replaced them, I had always had an issue with brakes when I hit them hard they seemed to catch and release and the Trans would shift gears hard. Now it's like driving a whole new van. I got a new/used motor "couldn't get a brand new one" new water pump, new power steering pump all new hoses and belts for 6,100.00. I am very happy

My wife took our bus in to have the AC repaired. With no evidence they said it was the Evaporator core and would cost $1500 to fix - $800 labor and $700 for the part. A hose had been accidentally cut and repaired so it wasn’t necessary to drain the refrigerant and it took us 1 hour - tops- to remove the evaporator core, test it , and replace it. There was nothing wrong with it. The replacement part cost $174 from Autozone. So they wanted to overcharge us $1500 for nothing. I wouldn’t take my vehicle here if it was the only place in town.

We had an emergency on the freeway with a customer in the car and had to pull off the highway immediately. A quick search brought up these guys right off the Madison exit and they got us in within right away at nearly the end of the day. They diagnosed the problem, fixed what needed to be so we could get up the hill, and explained the problem in a very understandable way. If you’re in Riverside, these guys are a great go-to and we’ll definitely use them again if we ever need to help while off the mountain.
