Never will go to this place again. They can not fix the car at the first time, you have to go there again and again. I paid almost 500 dollars for my last repair my car was there almost 2 weeks but they didn't fix it right.

I found Rizzco on the internet, I took my Mazda 3 in for a check engine light diagnostic check, the staff and owner were very professional and kind and the job was done quickly and the cause of the issue was explained to me and was fixed and was inexpensive. Paid 110 and the owner didnt even finish the job- was told my car was ready. When I picked up my car and turned the car on The engine light was still on. I didnt even leave the shop yet!! The owner wanted an additional 110 to check the light and misfires again!! Very unsatisfied with the services here.

He has completed all the work properly and timely. He has dealt directly with my warranty company saving me the hassle. I have been a customer here since my factory warranty from BMW expired. It’s a family business, too. I guess that isn’t really important, but I’ve never been disappointed in their work. They also have been kind enough to drive me either home or to a car rental facility. Oftentimes, I feel it’s a long shot to get personal service like that from an independent mechanic, but not here. Recently, and this is key....they extended their hours to Saturday service; makes it a lot easier to drop off on my day off, since I work out of town.

Prior to bringing my Jeep into Rizzco, I brought it to a different mechanic who quoted me 1800+ dollars and over a week and a half of time to get it fixed and running again, I was told I'd need a new radiator, and not only that but that my head gaskets had also blown and would need to be sent to a machine shop to be replaced. Looking to find a better deal, I decided to tow it down to Rizzco, who within a few seconds of running his diagnostic check and looking at the engine while the jeep was running, determined it was the only the water pump that needed to be fixed. Kris ordered the part and it was fixed that same day for only a quarter of the price I was previously told I had to pay, not to mention the previous shop never even mentioned the water pump, these guys here are really on the ball, the knowledge and professionalism is unlike any other shop I've experienced personally. Kris recommended to leave it over night to bleed out the air from the radiator which I was unaware of and was very informative of everything I needed to know going forward in the future to maintain and make sure all my fluids are where they need to be. I've since picked it up this morning and it's been running with no issues since. I will definitely be bringing all my future business to Rizzco, Kris, and Fiji and recommend you'd do the same. True definition of 5 Star service.

If your time is short, I do highly recommend this shop. I would concur with what other five-star reviews had to say about the shop. If I could add another star I would. My car is an early 2000s Volkswagen TDI, and I know it's a pain to work on. I had several shops outright refuse to work on it, and one mechanic who was supposedly a German car specialist just quit in the middle of the work. This shop did not. Kris kept me informed every step of the way. The work, as far as I can see, is excellent and the prices are very fair.

Overall SHADY! The one star is for being able to accommodate my schedule - in other words I was able to take it in on the day that I needed. My biggest complaint is that my front door handle on driver’s side was not working properly after I picked it up. It was NOT broken before. They either broke it or someone tried to break in meaning their shop is not in a safe area. I have left a voicemail and called w/no answer. I no longer trust this shop and will go back to previous mechanic even though his availability is not as open. Also, the service seemed overpriced - it cost $1800 to get light bulbs changed and fix something with the oil. And when it was in the shop I had to call a few times to get an update. Needless to say, I am not satisfied with this business. Go elsewhere. Unfortunately I don’t know much about cars so have to trust what the mechanics say.
