We were traveling from our home in Florida on a two month trip in our old 40 foot diesel pusher when our dash air conditioning quit on an Sunday afternoon. We searched the internet and found Ultimate Performance. They turned out to be a fantastic organization to deal with. They fit us into their morning schedule and checked out our AC system. They found a crack in our radiator cooling reservoir that was causing our diesel to run hotter than normal. They tried to locate a replacement part but being a 1998 bus none of their automotive suppliers could locate one. We lucked out with a RV dealer in town that had what we needed in stock. We picked up the part and Ultimate Performance installed it for us. They were incredibly polite and reasonable. There truly is an honest hometown repair shop that can handle almost any repair. We feel very fortunate that they caught the problem before we were stranded on the side of a remote road. Capt. Tom Webb

I took my car in based on a recommendation from a friend. It was vibrating and running badly. I took it to 2 other places before and was told it was going to cost over $1000. Being on a fixed income is hard enough without paying that much for car repairs. I explained the car problem to the service writer and the manager was also listening. They asked me several questions about what was happening and when it was happening. The other shops never asked me any questions. The manager explained they would diagnose the problem and give me an estimate for repairs. I was shocked when they called me a couple hours later to tell me the repair would only be $300! I was so relieved and they assured me it would fix the problem. Two hours later I was driving my car home. It is running great! Thank you Ultimate Performance for your honest repair!

after having our car right down for the second time in 2 days we finally found someone who knew what they were doing I could explain everything so we understood. Their secretary was so awesome super sweets and was willing to to help with just about anything They work their butts off to get it done as quickly as possible because I was from out of town and was trying to get back home. You can't say enough good about this company hey. If I ever break down again they're the first call I'm making.

Totally satisfied with this repair shop. I needed major engine work done on my car and they put my mind at ease. The price was fair and the customer service was excellent. They loaned me a vehicle while mine was being worked on. I've had vehicle back now for two weeks and it drives great with no problems.

Terrible service from Wendy (owners daughter) and Denise (receptionist) very unprofessional after 4 months of going back and forth telling me “your car will be fixed by Next week” I received a text message today stating “Hey my boss said if you could pick up your vehicle too much damage no pay” like seriously it’s been 4 months! They could of told me that since the beginning I do not recommend this place don’t waste your time.

In the past I have had problems with other shops. After taking my car in, i would call to find out if they found the problem. They would tell me they would give me a call when they find out . I would wait for the call. Sometimes 2 or three days. I would call them and they would say we are still working on it. Ultimate performance kept me updated on how it was going. And they are reasonably with the price, and and reliable. Great staff that will work with you.and they had my truck done when they said it would be done . Thank you 5 ⭐️

Was stranded when I called Ultimate Performance. They were calm cool, knowledgeable, professional experts. They towed me to their shop, which was also right down the street from my house. The repair cost was reasonable and provided me with a diagnostic. I love how friendly and open the staff there are and would have no problem coming back here for future maintenance on my vehicle!

My mom and dad has been coming to the shop for many many years before he even came to this location and whatever he fixes stays fix very honest nice man really nice family owned business you can trust the shop. I also want to thank you for continuing to take care of my 74-year-old mothers vehicle so I sure do appreciate it especially since I'm in another state. God bless you guys.

BEWARE: $125 for a check engine diagnostic test. For 2008 Hyundai Sonata they wanted to charge me roughly $2,800 for a timing chain kit and that the labor is over 10hrs. Also for spark plugs. Asked if I can only get an oil change done and tune up with fuel injectors that was going to cost $1,100. Asked if I can buy my own parts and charge me for labor said that was not allowed because they are triple A certified. The lady at the front office was laughing when I was explaining how I can waive the diagnostic test fee if I got other work done. She said I can’t. I just paid $125 for a problem I already knew about and on top of that the timing belt screeching noise sounds worse since I left. Before I took it to the shop; the noise will only come on once every couple of days. Now every time I turn my car on the noise comes on every time and it’s louder than before and it only stops when I put the car in drive or reverse. I would not recommend their service ever to anyone I’ve read the other positive reviews and trusted this place but they are definitely not FAIR prices. Update: took it to another place Goodyear and they are only charging me $700. Also when I told them what I needed done they even suggested to do the water pump because when replacing the timing belt it’s best the water pump is done as well because possibly 6months down the road the same issue(timing chain) will arise again. I point this out because when I got to ultimate performance and I was trying to figure out how to get my moneys worth by not wasting $125 on something I already knew about I asked if I can get my water pump done and the lady sandy said I didn’t need the water pump done at all. Once again I’ve had a horrible experience and never should’ve stepped foot in that place.

This place is amazing, and has great service and customer service. I had my car break down on me and I was stuck. it was around 2 am and I called a tow using AAA and they had taken my car and dropped it off here. Few hours when they opened I went into their office and greeted me nicely and they had my car ready to be inspected. They had told me they were going to give me a call when they were ready, and a 3 hours after I left they had given me a car, sadly my car is totaled but nonetheless left with a great impression of this company, it’s no wonder AAA recommends them and works with them. TL;DR car broke down, insurance recommended this company and did not regret. Would recommend 10/10

Donovan and his team are fantastic! I have a new mechanic! Been taking my car to the dealer for regular maintenance and repairs. The issue that prompted me to look for a mechanic was that my headlights were crooked after I tried to install new ones myself. The dealer told me that I burned the socket and everything needed to be replaced, and oh, by the way, I need new struts and shocks for $1900. Found Ultimate Performance through AAA. From the initial phone call Donovan was professional, courteous, and gave me a super reasonable estimate. Took my car in a few days later and Donovan and his team were great! I waited in the office and he updated me often; even has a cell phone text feature to keep customers updated. They did a 40-point inspection and found that there was no evidence that the socket was burned (with pictures provided)! What the heck? AND, I don't need new shocks or struts yet! Fortunately, my estimate didn't change (but I would have understood if it did). They also have a great warranty for their work. I will be taking all my cars there from now on. They can work on American, Asian, and European cars/trucks and the staff have many years of knowledge and training. Thank you Donovan and Ultimate Performance!

Ultimate Performance Auto did body repairs on a yard truck for my company and I was pleased with the work they did. They were able to tow my truck to and from my yard to the shop to coordinate repairs. I was able to send parts directly to the shop. They were very good at communicating via text with all updates and processing payment was easy. Will for sure use them in the future for yard truck repairs.

Bought a car from a used dealership. Car looked good but after a week, car overheated and the problems began. Luckily ultimate performance auto repair was nearby. They diagnosed everything that was wrong with the car, even issues that I didn’t know about. They ended up saving me money in the long run and prevented my engine from failing at a reasonable price and repaired in a timely manner. Will bring all of my vehicles to get serviced here.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Ultimate Performance Auto and Truck Repair absolutely earned this one. I brought in my truck after dealing with a persistent engine issue that two other shops couldn't figure out. Not only did these guys diagnose the problem quickly, but they also took the time to explain it to me in plain English no upselling, no pressure, just honest, straightforward service. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. You can tell they take pride in their work. They even called me with updates during the repair, which I really appreciated. My truck was done ahead of schedule and has been running smooth ever since. Fair pricing, professional service, and actual results this place is a rare find. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend!

I recently had my truck serviced at Ultimate Performance Auto and Truck Repair, and overall, I’m quite impressed with their work. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean, and they made sure to explain exactly what my truck needed before starting any work, which I really appreciated. The repair took a bit longer than expected, but they kept me updated throughout the process, which helped ease my mind. The pricing was fair considering the quality of the work done, and they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. My truck is running better than ever now! That being said, the shop can get busy, so it’s a good idea to schedule ahead of time if you can. The only downside I would mention is that their communication could be slightly more streamlined, I had to call a couple of times for updates, but nothing major. I wish I would’ve never taken my vehicle here. I’m about $6,000 into this repair to still have the same problem. The mechanic was a cool guy and upfront. The “managers” up at the front desk are another problem. I was given a fake number for the owner after my truck had been there for 3 weeks without them doing anything to it. They will talk crap about other shops when they are the same as the rest. Better off taking it to an actual dealership. This shop is an absolute nightmare. DO NOT GO HERE
