Supposedly understaffed. Takes 2 weeks to get a diagnosis and that's after complaining twice . If only Citrus was closer... But service like this makes me never want a Kia again.

Had to get a new key cylinder after an attempted break in. They did not re-key anything just handed me another huge key to carry around. Not satisfied whatsoever!! I paid hundreds!!

I scheduled an appointment and when I got there they said they couldn't do it because their system is down. How about a courtesy call next time so I don't have to drive there? Or is that too hard.

Service is awful. Recommends service you don’t need. Doesn’t call you to let you know when your car is ready. Doesn’t wash your car even though it’s included. Unfriendly. Take the time to drive to a different Kia.

So many issues. First was taking the car in for a recall and 30k service. Needed it for the entire day and when I picked it up they only did an oil change and have me the DMV recall repair proof, but a year later when the DMV told me they never did it, I went back to find they never did. Today I went in with an error code for the check engine light, told me they needed me to leave it for 4-5 days to run a diagnostic to know what the code meant. Went online and found an internal service bulletin that says exactly what the code means and how they need to fix it. So tired of the lies from this service center.

Still waiting to get my car fixed under warranty. They have had my sons car a month and nothing has been done, supposedly they are trying to get the warranty repair’s approved! Well how long does that take! 2 weeks and not diagnosed, but they told me the Engine needed to be replaced! Tried to call service advisor Manager, but of course can’t leave a message because VM hangs up on you! Never will I buy anything from Kia! Kia dealerships and Kia services need to find a more efficient way to communicate and make more of efforts to be more timely for repairs. Customer Service stands improvement and communication with its customers even if they don’t have all the information. Waiting. The warranty repair was approved and now it will take time to repair and get the engine. Waiting patiently.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ‼️‼️‼️ This was the worst experience i had in my life they had my car since December 2023 until April 2024 every time they say they fixed the issue made me pay so much money and the same exact problem would come back again just 1 day after i pick up my car and they wouldn’t admit their fault other than that one time they forgot to put back the engine bottom shield another time they forgot to put back bolts and left loose parts also they would convince you to replace parts that don’t need to be replaced and would convince you that it’s broken while it’s not and the service manager knows about all of that and would yell at you if you even try to ask a question!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE EVEN IF THEY WILL FIX IT FOR FREE!!!!! I have documents of everything that happened with me

I just got my car back from this dealership and it was so dirty. I have light grey interior and all the arm rests and handles were covered in black grease and I can’t even get it out! My car is worse than when I brought it in. The engine light is off but it runs worse than it ever has and suddenly revving high. They gave it back with no battery charge, so I am hoping that is what it was. I am so disappointed because I love my car but the service department is destroying it. I hope they do something about this because they want a good reputation for their cars and their cars are great but it’s the service that makes owning a kia unpleasant. This is my first kia and it will also be my last.

Service department has no idea what they're doing. They just choose random parts that you should replace that have nothing to do with the problem you brought it in for. We've brought it to them 5 times in the last 2 months and every time they promise they fixed the issue it comes back the next day. Now this last time they gave us back the car with missing/broken and loose parts. My new mechanic told me to take them to court and I will.

Had to have my car diagnosed and serviced. All the surrounding Kia dealers in the IE are backed up weeks if not months. I had to leave my car about 10 days. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to Michelle she was awesome. She communicated with me through this whole process. And followed up as she said she would! I recommend and will go back to Kia in Riverside!

Totally unhelpful staff. Wanted me to leave my vehicle for 3-5 days just for diagnosis and will not cover rental vehicle even though my KIA is still under warranty. I'm a single Mom and have no other options-- they basically leave their customers stranded. Very disappointed!

Place smells and the seats to wait are gross. The staff is useless. Took my car for 2.5 hours after refusing me a shuttle so I couldn't get to my kids, only to tell me they weren't able to do anything because they didn't have parts
