Great shop, very reasonable prices and the owner is real nice, he even fixed the broken latch on my trunk door while I was there. I don't think he even charged me extra. Going back tomorrow for a transmission fluid flush.

I was referred by a friend, I had taken my car for a loud tire noise to someone else and they couldn't pin point what it was. Owner here was super pleasant, test drove my car right away, told me what the issue was, worked on my car on the same day and was affordable, problem fixed. Highly recommended!!! Over charging!! I took my vehicle in for a quote. I was quoted $700 hundred. For the same problem I was quoted $425 at another mechanic. And it not a shady one. I'm upset because I had taken my truck before to Prados and he charged me $940 for a fuel pump replacement. I do admit they did good job on the replacement, truck is still working ok. Too pricy

This body shop is located on a corner, and between Fairbanks Ave/ Jurupa Rd. The owners need to please be mindful when parking cars on the street of Jurupa rd and Fairbanks Ave. When coming down Fairbanks street and waiting at the stop sign, it is hard to see vehicles on the left side due to trucks/ cars being piled alongside Jurupa rd. I was close to be hit by vehicles due to having a blind side. Another note, when driving on Jurupa Rd and making a left onto Fairbanks Ave, vehicles are parked right near the stop sign (be mindful that Fairbanks is a VERY compact street). I drive past this mechanic each day and have the same issues. This is a HUGE hazard. Authorities will be called if not taken seriously
