I took my car in this morning for an issue concerning the brakes. They had a very quick diagnostic and let me know the issue right away. Kevin really look the time to make sure I understood everything, including more long-term fixes they see as potentially happening but aren’t emergent. Superb customer service and are very honest in their work. Definitely will be back here for all my auto needs in the future, as well as telling friends about the place. Thank you!!

Trusting your mechanic is worth more than words can say, but trust is exactly why our family has gone to Burke’s for as long as I can remember (20 years, maybe?!). Ever have a review you want to write because the service is that great but you don’t want to write the review because then the secret is out? Yep. This is that review for me. I've been taking a succession of cars to Burke's auto repair for, gee,a couple of decades now. I recommend them. Getting a car worked on is not cheap, here either, but I have gained a lot of confidence in them that they will fix only what really needs doing, fix it quickly and right, and stand behind their work. And, they are extremely nice to deal with, and very good at explaining what they know. I don't have much recent basis for comparison, because I am not going anywhere else, but they have been much better than my older experience at dealers, etc.

Burke's is a family-run auto repair place that my family and my parents and several friends have used for years - they are the place that the people "in the know" go to in Riverside! I had an AC compressor and clutch go out, and Kevin handled the situation flawlessly. He was able to schedule me in quickly, gave me an extremely fair price, and performed the entirety of the repair the same day. Kevin (and crew) seem especially genuine and honest, and I couldn't recommend them more! If I ever have any automotive needs they will be the first I call.

My entire family has been going to Burke's since Kevin's Dad owned it and the shop was at its old location. Over the years I have recommended numerous people and they have all loved the shop. Kevin is amazing - very fairly priced and he is very honest. I have taken my car to the dealer before and been told I needed $650 worth of work, and Kevin has told me that I don't need any at all. He will NOT cheat you. One time my husband did our brakes wrong and we took it to Kevin - and he walked my husband through how to do the brakes next time... for free! Burke's is not in the best location, but it is a family owned business full of great people. You will not be sorry!

We have benefited from the high quality of their work and the continuity of that high quality as the leadership of the business passed from father to son. Burke's Auto Repair has helped us maintain half a dozen vehicles (from four different manufacturers) over the years. The service has been well-informed, focused, efficient, timely, and reliable. It has also been thoughtful and transparent. They tell us about longer-term maintenance needs without pressing for immediate decisions. Most importantly, they care about their customers. I bring my car to Kevin and his sons every time I need work done on my car or just for maintenance. I found him after having an issue with the front brake that could not be resolved by two other mechanics. He easily identified the issue and repaired it. He is also very knowledgeable and explains what he finds and what he needs to do to fix it. He never upsells any services but does give good recommendations on what he sees your car will need in the coming months. I appreciate this so much as I can plan and keep up with the maintenance. I came here on Friday because my car wouldn’t go past 20 miles an hour. I thought my engine was blown or that something really bad had happened to my car. They could have easily taken advantage of me and made up an issue like some mechanics do, but instead, he told me it just needed the throttle body cleaned. He charged me $140, and my car was back in working condition. You have no idea how hard it is to find an honest mechanic. These guys are my go-to mechanic from now on.
