The guy was unbelievably rude! I was there to return malfunctioning brake pads of my girlfriend's car, and he said whatever he could to my girlfriend. Why? because simply my girlfriend couldn't bring the car back to his store to change the brake pads! (brake pads were gauranteed by manufactury! and he just give my girlfriend back 75$ out of 250$ that was charged in first place!) I am giving two stars just because of the girl in the office, who was understanding and tried to help me to leave his store ASAP to don't have to listen to that stupid guy. BTW, I did not feel safe there. Please don't go there alone. If you really want to go to this store, ask one of your friends to join you.

Traveling from phoenix on a hot Friday afternoon in late April. All of the sudden A/C goes out! What do you do!? Drive around L.A. all weekend in 90 degree weather? NO! You go see Jojo. He replaced my A/C condenser in just a few hours for a reasonable price. His wonderful wife even dropped us off at the nearby shopping center so we could continue to enjoy our weekend while he had the car. Highly recommend this shop to anyone. Didn't even charge a "tourist" or rush fee. Thank you again friend!

I first came here over a year ago with false safe transmission code on my 745 li. I had various leaks which were fixed. A few months later I got the same code again, I took it back was told they needed to reset the computer. Not long after that it happened again. I have taken the car back 3 or 4 times. The false safe keeps coming back. The last time I towed my 745 back. After 3 days I called to check status I was told there was a transmission coolant pipe leak. It was not fixed, they said it was drivable. I was unable to leave my car any longer than it had been there already. I called them back on yesterday morning to ask foe a quote. It is now Friday night and still no call. I spent over $4,000.00 and still have the original problem for which I initially took it in for.

Jojo and Anita are great, honest, hard working people. Right off the bat they treat you like a friend and always take the time to communicate with you. Their prices are not rock bottom, but they are very reasonable and they go out of their way to make sure my BMW (which has over 200k miles) is in tip top shape. I would not be able to afford a BMW if it were not for them.

I called Prestige after my BMW stopped on me on the side of the road. Anita told me to bring it in immediately. After having it towed, JoJo explained what was wrong with my car in terms that I could understand. He suggested the most reasonable repair and exactly how much it would cost. I love the service and the personality of this place. They provide quality service and very fair pricing. They are honest about what needs to be fixed and what doesn't. They are excellent at what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Jojo took care of me. Had a bunch of error codes on my Jetta TDI, he just looked inside and noticed the airline was rubbing on the fan (must had been for months) effected Exhaust codes and torque. He pulled it back and seemed to fix the problem! Saved me so much time and money for noticing something I completely overlooked.

Took my 1998 Jaguar which had been parked for 15 years under a cover to JoJo. He flushed and replaced all the fluids, belts and hoses. Replaced the fuel filter a couple times after running the car. He treated the car like he was going to be the one driving it. Anita kept me up to date the entire process. He let me know a few things the car needed and made sure the car was ready for smog before I went. FOLLOW UP I returned and had the AC freon flushed and recharged. Quick and easy to do business with!!!
