It's time for Fritts to hang up his tools to say the ideas . This man left both me and wife what we thought was a great gesture telling us no charge for diagnostics on our ML350 4MATIC IF YOU KNOW FRITTS NOTHING IS FOR FREE WELL TO OUR AMAZMENT IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE ,GOT IT HOME 23 CODES ABS MONITOR DAMAGED ! Go here if you want to give this guy all your money and time. 600$ and 3 weeks later my car stil isnt fixed . argued with me saying i dint tell him something i said, and when i quoted what he replyed to waht i said he said BYE and hung up the phone. Him and his wife are rude and very unprofessional.

Some people cannot take the truth, but if you're looking for someone that is honest and won't overcharge you and will price check around for the lowest price parts and pass the savings onto customers this is the place to take your automobile. My family has been taking their cars to George Fritts for repairs for 15 years and recommends him to everyone. He's one of the only shops that let you bring in your own parts if you want to.

Dishonest and Unprofessional — Avoid Honda originally quoted me $500 to replace my rear brakes and rotors. I went to George’s Fritt Auto instead for $375. Big mistake. George left the brake warning light on and told me to come back later. After 4–5 follow-ups, I waited two hours at the shop. A mechanic said the light was due to a sensor issue. George then tried to charge me more, got angry when I pushed back, and even started cussing at me. He then refused to fix it that day. I went back to Honda, who told me the sensor had been damaged — likely during George’s work. I had to pay another $500 to fix it. So instead of paying $500 once at Honda, I ended up paying $875 and being treated with disrespect. Stay away from this shop.
