Except for one (1) visit, EVERY time I take the car for service or an issue, I have to go back because they didn’t fix. Now I’m not sure they actually performed service. Latest: service, and an issue with inconsistent tire pressure and intermittent low pressure warnings. 2 minutes after leaving, I am sitting at an intersection with ALL tires wildly different in pressure. I bring it back in WITH PICTURES only for them to take another whole day to tell me that they can’t replicate the issue and “everything looks good.” They think I’m lying about pictures or they didn’t actually do anything? Now they will have it over a weekend. All over tire pressure - and the nearly $500 service charge.

Not happy with Jaguar or their service they can’t seem to fix the problem with my car but continue to charge me an arm & leg and not know what the problem is. Then tell me I have an old car with high miles that’s just what happens with these cars. Mind you my F-Pace is a 2019 with 80k miles!! I have paid off 2009 Mercedes Benz gl 450 with 150k miles & zero problems! I tow with it and cross the desert in 120 degree heat 4-5 times a year, no issues! The service manager states, and I quote: “Mercedes has a better reputation than Jaguar” well that’s customer satisfaction! I guess I’ll stick with Mercedes! I’ll never buy another Jaguar in my life! Good riddance! Your cars are garage & not meant to own for long term!

**UPDATE** I had the opportunity to speak with the General Manager Joe! He did take the time to listen to what I had to say and expressed his apologies for my experience with the Service Dept. Thanks 🙏🏾😇Joe for being willing to listen and offer a solution to my issues. **Original Review** Terrible Service Tech Erin Dang and Terrible Service Manager ! Everyone is rude, condescending, arrogant, and are a bunch of narcissist..will NEVER take 😤 my vehicle for services there again! Nevermind the fact that the reason I took my Jaguar there in the first place is for them to rectify an issue that they created! They installed a new $6000 sunroof to replace the one I had because a bracket broke! They told me they had to replace the whole sunroof frame! Which I now dont believe! Anyway, I ended up having to bring it back twice! I had to bring it back the first time because the technician connected it wrong and it wasn't working. Was told he connected the cables backwards or to the wrong ports or whatever! ! Then I had to bring it back again because it sounded like it was about to fall through the rooftop while I was driving it! ...only for them to tell me they needed to order some type of magnets and fittings!? Didn't you know that these were necessary to begin with!? Not only was I told that they were 4-5 days out for servicing my car but parts orders were 3-4 days out as well! Then I needed a gas cap and purchased it and was told that they would have to charge me labor to switch it out! Really, you couldn't switch out a gas cap as a courtesy! Erin lied and said he didn't tell me that they'd charge me labor! When I asked to speak to the Service Manager and the Service Manager was rude when I told him I'd rather take my car to Timbuktu Jaguar if they had one! He said "Well then there's no reason to have this conversation with you!" and walked away! I was just appalled by their nasty, rude, and entitled behavior! I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

I genuinely believe this is the best jag dealership in the nation. 100% inconvenient free. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with espresso and a danish. Probably one of my favorite places to visit. My experience with Jaguar Riverside was beyond comparison. The service ended up taking longer than usual, so I was seamlessly provided with a rental vehicle. Erin was my service representative and he was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue! There were so many wonderful special touches that made the experience fun and luxurious. They have a refreshment bar with coffee and fun treats. When I returned to pick up my Jaguar, it was Immaculately clean with an incredible gift bag with lots is special Jaguar goodies. Truly, excellent service! It’s rare to find this kind of service nowadays. And to top it off, everything was under warranty.

The service was amazing, everyone ( Alyssa, Ivan and I dealt with Irwin previously) made me feel comfortable. Ivan was my service representative he was nice and knowledgeable. I was surprised that they don’t have loaners, they pay for you to be picked up and dropped off by lift. They will also pay for a rental car. I liked the ideal of showing me via video what the inside of my car looked like while they were doing the diagnostic test. I was satisfied with everything.
