I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Tony at the Porsche dealership. From the start, he came across as professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He didn’t just rattle off specs or features—he explained things in a way that made sense and really showed he understood the cars inside and out. What impressed me most was his ability to strike the perfect balance between being professional and being friendly. He made me feel comfortable the entire time, never pushy, always focused on what was best for me. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit, not just closing a deal. Tony’s responsiveness and attention to detail made the process smooth from beginning to end. When it came time to secure the deal, he guided me through every step, making sure everything lined up exactly as discussed. I drove away confident, happy, and feeling like I got the best possible outcome thanks to his effort. I wasn’t sure if I would buy a Porsche initially, putting my contact info for the Macan model that I was interested only to see what response I would receive. I got response immediately from Porsche Riverside inviting me for test drive. Next day John Beech introduced himself and invited me to come to Riverside to see the car. I asked him to give me the best offer as the reason for me to come. He did it within 15 minutes that I thought was a very competitive price. So I went to Riverside next morning and John was already waiting outside with the car. I test drove the car and I like it very much so I accepted the offer on the spot. The rest was just routine. John answered all my questions and concerns patiently and walked me through the whole process. The show room is very roomy, comfortable and quiet. The whole purchase experience was smooth, pleasant, no haggling, no back and forth, no headaches as in other dealerships. I highly recommend Porsche Riverside to anyone and John Beech is the man to go.

I purchased the new 2025 Macan 4 Electric from Porsche Riverside last night, assisted by Javier Parada. While the buying experience with Javier itself was good, I’m deeply concerned about the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. Due to limited lighting at dusk, I couldn’t inspect the car thoroughly the way I would like at the dealership. I did point out a couple of easy-to-spot issues to Javier, which were documented in the Due Bill. However, once I got home and closely examined the car further, I discovered additional issues I could not have seen at the store. For example, I saw scratches on an air vent, dirt/oily residue throughout, cobwebs throughout the exterior, and two missing valve caps on the front driver's- and passenger's-side tires. Overall, the vehicle hadn’t been detailed properly. The most serious issue is a dent on the leather-wrapped trim of the driver’s door and a persistent vibrating noise from the front passenger door panel, even when no audio is playing. The car had over 160 miles on it at delivery, which in hindsight should have raised a red flag. I also felt pressured to complete the purchase that night because I was told I would not be able to take advantage of the deal being offered if I waited. Taken together, these issues make the vehicle feel more like a lightly used demo or loaner vehicle than a brand-new Porsche like I was told. For a brand that prides itself on precision and quality, this experience has been disappointing and has left me feeling remorseful about my purchase. I reached out to Jon Kienle (GM), Jeffery Hudson (GSM), and Javier via email early this morning to address these concerns, but I have yet to receive a response. At this time, I cannot recommend Porsche Riverside based on my experience. However, I remain hopeful that the dealership will take appropriate steps to resolve these issues, and I will gladly update this review if a positive outcome is reached. UPDATE (8/18): My experience with Porsche Riverside has continued to be disappointing. Despite General Manager Jon Kienle's public promise, General Sales Manager Jeff Hudson never contacted me. The service center, after I brought up my concerns to my salesperson Javier, was scheduled to address the damages to my vehicle. I dropped it off on Thursday, August 7th, and was told it would take a few days. The service advisor, Omar, was a bright spot in this process. He was kind, professional and provided daily updates, even sending me photos of the repairs on the pillars, which looked good. On Friday, August 15th, I returned to pick up my vehicle and was very disappointed. While some blemishes had been addressed, new scuff marks and scratches were present. The driver's side pillar, which looked good in the photos Omar sent, has scuff marks again, suggesting carelessness after the repair. There's also a new hole and scratches behind the driver's seat. When I pointed this out, Javier dismissed my concerns, claiming I was raising new issues—I reminded him that the car was with them for a week. He and the sales manager, Eric Lafever, then confronted me about my Google review. They accused me of making false statements, like speaking negatively about Javier—a claim I found baffling since my original review explicitly stated my buying experience with him was good. Eric also seemed to focus on the vehicle's mileage, completely missing the point that my primary concern was the visible damage. What's more, I've barely driven the car since taking delivery, keeping its mileage at only 313 miles (as of today) to avoid adding to the issue while we tried to resolve things. The argument was uncomfortable and unproductive. Eventually, Eric presented three options: a trade, a buy-back, or keeping the vehicle. I chose the buy-back, but was later told the dealership would not proceed, claiming I'd be "upside down" by roughly $10,000. As a long-time Porsche owner, this level of customer service is a massive letdown and completely out of sync with the brand's reputation. This entire experience has been truly disheartening.

I recently brought my vehicles in for service and had a really strong experience with the team at Porsche Riverside. Henry and Andrew were excellent to work with. They were responsive, clear in their communication, and made sure everything was handled the right way. They walked me through the service work in plain terms, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered exactly when they said they would. It was organized and professional, but also easy. I also want to recognize the service management team. I brought up a concern that technically did not require immediate action, but instead of deferring it, they stepped in and went above and beyond to address it. They did not have to take it on the way they did, yet they chose to resolve it proactively. That level of commitment and follow through stood out. Overall, a very well managed service experience. I appreciate the professionalism from Henry, Andrew, and the broader service leadership team. I will absolutely return for all my future service. Thanks guys!

Such a great experience purchasing a CPO Cayenne from Tony Nguyen and the team at Porsche Riverside. I've been told that Porsche Riverside is the best Porsche dealer in SoCal and that certainly was my experience. Tony greeted me immediately and stopped what he was working on to help grab the keys and pull up the car, it is the little things that make you feel important as their customer. From that point forward, everything was phenomenal, Tony is an excellent communicator and kept the process moving with frequent updates. Wrapping up with Andy in finance was a breeze and overall I'd give this experience 6 stars if there was an option. They definitely have exceeded my expectations and will be my preferred dealer of choice for all my future Porsches.

My Purchase from Javier Parada at Porsche Riverside was a Very good experience. I have been buying cars for 51 years and always dread the back and forth game, inflating the price adding on unwanted extras and services, and then having to fight to get back to the right price. But this deal was perfect. Javier was polite and professional and easy going. He said, I am no pressure, and the dealership is no pressure and the one item that was added to the sticker was immediately removed when I said I was not interested. The car was priced right, was super clean and what I called a Unicorn spec that I would have built myself. The closing of the deal with Sales Manager Jeremy Bishop and Finance Manager Chris Alcocer was also easy, professional and with zero pressure. I did a new car walk around with Porsche Pro Alexis Trujillo. He explained the functions of the car, set up the Porsche App and connected my device to the car...it was a very thorough car familiarization and by far the easiest get-started new car experience. The "White Glove" door to door Shipping was arranged and I even received a video of my new joy being loaded on to the enclosed carrier. I am impressed with how Porsche Riverside conducts business and how the Sales Staff treats the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Porsche Riverside to my friends and family and certainly would return for another purchase. 5 Stars and a Thank YOU from me for a Great experience.

I’ve owned several Porsche Cayennes over the years and have worked with many Porsche dealerships throughout the Los Angeles area. When it came time to lease my fifth Cayenne, I decided to expand my search beyond LA—and I’m so glad I did. That’s when I connected with Juan Bautista at Porsche Riverside. Simply put, Juan is the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and patient as I worked through getting the best possible deal. In my experience, many salespeople in the LA area take hours—or even days—to respond to calls or emails. Juan consistently responded within minutes, which immediately set him apart. He also went to bat for me with the general manager to secure a great deal. Once we finalized the terms, Juan even emailed the paperwork ahead of time so that my appointment the next day would be quick and efficient. I truly appreciated how much he respected and valued my time. Juan’s knowledge of the Cayenne was outstanding. He walked me through all of the updates and new features compared to my previous model and made sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle before I left. Last Monday I purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
