I found Alexis Martinez on TikTok and decided to check him out. I drove all the way from Laguna Niguel, and it was 100% worth it! He gave me an amazing deal on my Sequoia. Alexis is only 20, but he’s sharp, financially smart, and super easy to work with. I have to say that I am truly impressed with the layout of this place, the technology being used in notifying customers about the status of their vehicle and especially the excellent service that was given to me. I’m a new customer and was extremely satisfied with the care and service of my vehicle at Toyota of Riverside. My first impression was “Wow, now this is the way service is supposed to be!” I was greeted by a friendly face, Service Advisor Robert (I think that is his name), whose warm approach was greatly appreciated by me. He welcomed me as a first time customer and informed Edgar Duarte, another friendly and knowledgeable advisor whom I had an appointment with him, that I was there. Edgar was extremely helpful in assisting me with deciding exactly what type of maintenance my vehicle would require. He also made me feel very welcomed. I bought the vehicle, used, from a car rental place and really did not know if the maintenance was up to par or not, so Edgar’s maintenance decision was what the vehicle needed. The technician(s) were absolutely wonderful at sending text messages to me on the updates of the maintenance, eliminating the need to constantly bother the service advisor regarding the progress of the maintenance. When the vehicle’s maintenance was finished, I received another text stating that the maintenance was complete. I really like this place and I am happy to say that I have found a place where I can trust that my vehicle will be properly attended to. Way to go, Toyota of Riverside!!!!! And many thanks to the men and women, who are working there, for their professionalism and caring attitudes.

Initially, we visited Toyota of San Bernardino looking for a used 2025 Camry, but unfortunately they were unwilling to work with us and ultimately let us walk out.
