I'm sorry, I didn't get the help I needed; I was given the runaround, and had to return to them four times for a new issue each time with an oil leak in a different place each time that was not an issue before. I felt taken advantage of, unfortunately. The manager did apologize later to me for his attitude towards me. However, I am hesitant to go back there. 😪

We scheduled a oil change on our 2006 Honda civic When my family member arrived he asked how many miles before it needs to be changed using master care synthetic blend They said 3k miles We asked for more info because anywhere else this oil is good for at least 5 k miles They had no knowledge on the oil that they We’re selling when it came to synthetic The sales man got upset and tore the invoice in front of my family member and said we’re done so unprofessional and with a attitude because we were asking questions I called perfect auto and they gave me the info I needed ( I would not recommend master care in regards to there services to anyone When they are so negative when us as customers ask question they are a Total Minus 10 👎

I have used Master Car Care a few times and I've always felt like they are honest, up front and fair in pricing. Last time I called I needed to get in super fast and they found a way to accommodate me. They also provided me with helpful information about options for the car they diagnosed after I decided it wasn't worth fixing. I happily paid the diagnostic fee for the peace of mind of knowing what I was dealing with. If I had decided to have them repair it the fee would have gone toward the repairs.

I took my 2020 vehicle in for an oil change. I normally have the car serviced at the dealership. All routine maintenance as required. I sat wandering what was taking so long and as I went out to check me and the technician locked eyes. Next the manager was bringing me the filter to my air conditioning unit, requesting that it be replaced. Within the next week my car started to not turn on. I’ve had to call for assistance 5 times. Enough is enough its time to take it back to the dealership to see what they did to my vehicle.

Great service. I usually take my car to the dealership. But the dealer always takes for ever and they are always busy. The techs at master car care are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Only sold me what my car needed and told me everything else was fine. They also told me what needs to be done at certain mileage. I’m pretty picky about where I take my Lexus. You can tell right away these guys know what they are doing. this is my new go to spot for all my vehicles

Took my car in for tune up etc. Mike was extremely helpful in explaining everything that was being done. I was shown parts that needed cleaning/replacing and so far, I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and coolant leak in April. Three weeks later, my passenger tire fell off while i was driving with my kids. The lugnuts were over torqued, causing them to be striped. Over time,they became loose, causing my tire to fall off. It caused damage to my car. I keep calling to see the status, and they keep telling me they haven't checked the cameras. They don't call me. Plus, they didn't fill up my coolant, and its empty now. I've had my car since 2012 and I never had a problem since I took it to this mechanic shop. I just want them to fix my car.

Went to Mastercare today Nov 29 2025, Brought in some race tires and and wheels to be mounted and balanced. Dino is a friend of mine from Kuma and I Trust his work. So Dino said he could get to them Monday....Mike the Manager Really demanding told Dino to do oil change on a car now. And He gets on computer and tells me a price of $115. I said thats seems Really high. And he said to me, "You have an Expensive hobby, You can afford that" and then said I should be charging you The Specalty rate. What would that have been. WOW, REALLY.I drive a 2001 chevy truck thats need to be replaced and cant afford that and I have a Nova Ive owned for 48 yrs. That's discrimination and not the way you treat a customer. After he said that, I thought, I dont trust him. Have to take my stuff and go find another shop He was VERY rude and bossy with Dino too. I didnt like what I saw there today. Riverside is a small town. Im telling ALL my friends about my experience there today. I think Mike remembered a time I came in with my truck years ago and quoted me a price on my truck for work and his price was outrageous then.I said you are double the price I get from Porters garage and he said, why are you here then, go get it done there....I ONLY came to Mastercare because I know Dino. The owner should put in cameras in this place. Maybe Mike will treat the customers better knowing there's a record of his actions. Well anyway, took my wheels and tires to Buds Tire and Wheel and getting it done for $60. MIke saved me money for not doing my work. Your rating are too high in my opinion. You have 106 reviews, but are ONLY showing 4. Why is that. I want to read ALL of them. Is this possible.
