Absolute classic operation! Had my Lexus repaired , and the work was excellent! From the time my insurance rep was in contact with Caliber, the process began. Service appointment covered estimated costs and timeline. Business offers a clean comfortable reception area and an Enterprise rental office on the property. All in they've had my vehicle for an entire month and the communication has been severely subpar. The quality of the body work was great, but unfortunately the electrical malfunction that went undiscovered by them required me to bring it back for re-work. I went nearly a full week without hearing anything at all on a re-work electrical issue that was initially hoped to take "a few hours." And almost all the updates I have received were initiated by me asking, rather than volunteered. And in those updates that have been provided, details are very vague, without any next steps or details on what was tried or what the service advisor hopes to do next. I wish I could say I've had the same experience as some of the 5-star reviewers on here but unfortunately that's not the case.

I had an AMAZING experience with Caliber Collision in Riverside, Ca, having my 2018 Ford F-150 front body repaired. The ladies at the reception desk were very courteous and professional both at drop off and pick up. Manny, my customer service contact was also 110% courteous and professional throughout the whole process: honest about the repair time with a clear explanation about variables which could extend it but staying optimistic about possibly getting it done early. Manny kept me updated about the progress just the right number of times and never gave me a false promise. Imagine how thrilled I was when he called me two weeks EARLY to come pick up my truck. It looked brand new, and they even cleaned the inside! Thank you, Manny and the excellent artisans at Caliber Collision!

Took our car in and got it back looking new. No issues on how the car looks but we had too many ETA completions dates moved. We had a car loaned for a week as the original ETA, then moved 4 days out, then another day amd then another day. I get it sometimes part delivery is out of your control but there should be better management service to ensure you give the most accurate date as it disrupts your customers planning.

I had a great experience at this auto body shop. I came in to have the side mirror on my 2024 Chevy Colorado replaced, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Edgar in particular deserves a big thank you — he was professional, friendly, and got everything taken care of much faster than I expected. The quality of the replacement was top-notch, and the mirror looks and works perfectly. The shop itself was clean, organized, and the staff made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I tell you...those pylons just JUMPED right out of NOWHERE! Needed body work on the ENTIRE right side of our Toyota; dents, dings, scrapes bumper to bumper, and both right side doors had to be realigned to close properly. The team at Caliber Collision on Indiana were EXCELLENT from start to finish! We dealt with JAY, who was cheerful, kind and funny. He even said he was glad that no one was hurt when I booked the appt. for the repairs. They did a perfect job, and our car was ready several days early as well. Wish I had taken the "before" pictures, but now our car is pristine once again. The staff are very friendly, helpful and HONEST; price was fair, in fact a little bit less than our other estimate. They are a "select service" body repair shop with State Farm, which means that their repairs are guaranteed! If you need repairs or body work this is the best place to go.

Caliber collision had amazing customer service and was very fast with the repairs on my car. Since I drive a foreign car, I did not think they would be able to get the parts that were needed or match the custom paint, but they proved me wrong. The paint was a perfect match! Rick was a representative that assisted me through the whole process. He was very thorough and informative on a daily basis of the repairs that were being completed. The car was done four days earlier than expected, and I was happy with the overall appearance. My car looks brand new! Not to mention, they do have an enterprise on site so I was able to get into a rental right after inspection. It was very convenient. Jay kept me updated throughout the entire process, and informed me of any changes on the portion of the repair I was paying for, and how the situation with my insurance company was unfolding. The car ended up coming out absolutely perfect! Would never know it has been an accident. Would recommend this shop for any collision repairs. Even if you have a crazy paint job they can get it back to immaculate condition!

Horrible experience! I took my car to the shop off Indiana and Arlington in Riverside, CA. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! My car was in the shop for almost a month and more damaged when returned. I found missing parts taken off my car and never replaced, they ruined my paint on my trunk, and did not do an alignment on my car when it needed one.

I took my Audi RS5 to Caliber for a dent repair after an object damaged my front bumper in the freeway. This place was highly recommended from a couple car professionals whom I consulted first when the damage occurred, as I learned from the repair of my other vehicle that not all body shops are necessarily certified to repair luxury automobiles. The whole team was professional and friendly from the start as they kept me up to date on the repairs. Jay, especially, communicated either by text or emails, but when I called he was still willing to talk. I appreciated he gave me options for the PPF replacement before just selecting one for me. This allowed me to do some research into the brands offered and which of the brands was the closest to my original PPF. Would highly recommend this shop.

I had a great experience with my vehicle repairs. The staff at the Riverside California location on Indiana Avenue were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! My service advisor, Edgar Zamora, was by far, the best service advisor I've ever dealt with when it comes to automotive repairs! He kept me well informed every step of the way. He fought to make sure I got the highest quality parts, and he made sure my repairs were completed properly and ahead of schedule. My car looks better than it did before it was damaged! Edgar Zamora made this automotive repairs experience a 100/10!!! Hopefully I don't ever need repairs in the future, but if I do, I know I'll be going back to Caliber Collision of Riverside, and I'll be asking that Edgar Zamora be my service advisor.
