Newer to the area and needed some work done. I hate all things car repairs and mechanics because...well, they're often sales people with quotas. That being said Betos was prompt, responsive, got me in quickly, and was far more affordable than any other shop around that I called (several of whom never responded or left the phone off the hook so we couldn't get through). I never once felt "sold" to. They dealt exactly with the issue at hand and didn't try to sell me new tires, brakes, fluids, etc. when I didn't need them (again, as many others frequently push and pressure you to do). I'm late posting this...so what I can tell you is the work was done roughly 1 year ago, and I've had zero issues. Very thankful to have found a trustworthy and reputable shop with such kind service so close by in Riverside.
