Alex at Tek One Autoworks is very knowledgeable, my car's timing belt slipped and he was able to get is fixed quickly at a good price. He also discovered some hoses that were cracked and replaced them. My car now has improved in performance. I have a second car that I will be taking to him to have it serviced.

Absolutely Terrible – Overcharged, Slow, and Shoddy Work Took my box truck for body work and denting to the shop. They quoted me X hours but kept my vehicle for almost 4 months with zero communication or updates. When I finally got it back, the bill was nearly double the original estimate because of “unexpected parts and labor” that were never mentioned or approved beforehand. When I asked for an explanation, the response was rude and dismissive. On top of the surprise overcharge, the work was downright mediocre. The roof of trailer flew off I ended paying another mechanic to fix that. Complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

My AC finally works - I can survive the Riverside heat! Huge thanks to Alex (Alex’s Dad) and his amazing team. I came in for an oil change near closing time, and they took me in right away with no hesitation. Not only did they handle the oil change, but they also checked my fluids, filters, and gave me helpful recommendations. They really went above and beyond. The whole team was warm, honest, and incredibly helpful. I’ve been behind on maintenance, and they helped me catch up without any stress. Super reasonable prices and top-notch service. I just got my oil changed here for the first time and I’m genuinely impressed. Alex, the owner is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly cares about both his work and his customers. He walked me through everything I needed, gave honest quotes, and was transparent the whole way through. Let's start by saying ive known about Alex, and Tek One for awhile. They have a good reputation in the automotive industry. I work at a shop locally but i knew he has a lot of expertise in odd ball, 80s,90s, turbo cars. He's extremely thorough and knows his shit. His shop atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. He will treat you like you're the only customer he has. He's that involved in your car, and whatever needs to be done. He literally brought my car BACK TO LIFE!!! awesome shop owner and experienced tech. I'll continue coming back to him for his knowledge and ability. Thank you for making my car MORE BETTER!!! Have you heard the saying, “Find a mechanic you can trust?” Alex and his dad are exactly that. We brought our car in for a second opinion on the AC after another shop told us it just needed a new compressor. Alex and his father took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and found not only the need for a new compressor, but also five leaks that needed repair. They went above and beyond to show us everything and explain it clearly. If they can work on Supras, they can definitely take care of your car, without breaking the bank. They’re honest, customer-focused, and even offer pickup and drop-off service. They noticed our engine oil was low and topped it off without us even asking. Since joining the BMW world, Tek One is the only shop that has been able to figure out every single problem. Been coming here for years and when I tell you that Alex is knowledgeable, that is an understatement. Whether looking for maintenance, diagnosis, part install or even a full engine replacement they are the place to go for any type of car especially BMW or turbo platforms. Had an engine replaced by Tek one and besides standard maintenance have had zero issues in 5 years. Trustworthy, honest and reliable shop to say the least.
