They diagnosed my car and fixed my CB boot on my 4 wheel drive car that was damaged and leaking lubricant. Moreover they inspected everything else on my car to make sure it’s running well and if there’s anything I should worry about despite my request of only checking the front lower axels which I greatly appreciated. They got the job done in a timely manner so I didn’t have to wait long and they create a comfortable atmosphere around their workplace, which is reflected in their communication towards their customers and makes the whole experience that much better. I have no complaints and will continue to take my car there whenever needed for their professional expertise. I called GT Imports Automotive after having multiple repairs done at another shop, and feeling like that shop after fixing the issue I brought my vehicle in for, would then cause something else to go wrong on my vehicle, causing me not to trust that repair shop. I called and spoke to Walter, and from the first conversation felt welcomed, he was professional, very helpful, answered any question and concerns I had, and was able to assist me in bringing my vehicle in within a couple days. Once I arrived at the shop, I again was greeted by Walter and other staff at GT Imports, and everyone made me feel like I was in good hands. They performed the repairs within the time frame they advised me of. They kept my car clean throughout the repairs, which is very important to me and nothing else has gone wrong on my car since. Which re assures me they are a mechanic shop I can trust to fix any issues I bring my vehicle in for, without creating new ones. Their professionalism, expertise on fixing the issue I brought my vehicle in for, (which was a several hours repair on completely replacing my A/C in my vehicle). Along with how clean they keep their shop, making my commute to and from their shop, by providing LYFT service because I live within a few miles of their shop. Thank you GT Imports for becoming a mechanic shop I can trust, a shop that everyone makes you feel welcomed and that you are in good hands whenever bringing your vehicle to them. They have now gained a permanent client with me!!!

Very helpful, they reviewed the brakes on my Subaru and said I still had some time, maybe six weeks to two months. Gave me an estimate for the work. I took the car home and brought it back in six weeks. They gave me new rear brakes for the original quote. GT Imports Automotive is fantastic! They’re very helpful and have great communication throughout the whole process. Their prices are reasonable, and the work was done right on time — way better than going to the dealership. We had our 2020 Jaguar F-Pace serviced, and they addressed all our concerns, did a full inspection, and even gave us helpful mileage-based service tips.
