Ahmad and the Team at RPM Collision Center in Riverside are absolute professionals. I experienced top notch customer service from beginning to end, these guys will make you feel like a VIP. Being involved in an accident can be stressful and time consuming, so it is a relief to have a body shop that actually cares about you. Ahmad is very knowledgeable and professional, giving me advice and an assessment from the very beginning of the process. He even picked up my vehicle to accommodate my busy work schedule, I've never see 5-star service like this. Ahmad kept me informed throughout the entire repair process with photos and timelines, so I could easily communicate with my insurance company regarding the rental car and other logistics. When I got in an accident I was devastated. I know that sounds extreme, but my car was pretty much all I had, and it was completely wrecked. Someone recommended us to RPM and I am so glad they did.
