Absolutely great customer service, got my car in without an appointment. Just a drop off, had it back to me the very next late morning for a whole headlight assembly replacement on a Cadillac. Incredibly reasonable price. Paid half what I would’ve paid at the dealership. And I just can’t express enough how friendly everybody was.

All I needed was some professional help in locating an item needing to be replaced on my vehicle. The "gentleman" behind the window couldn't be bothered. Basically insulted me saying "they don't do parking lot repairs". It would have taken 30 seconds just to help this old man out. Unless you are ready to open your wallet you are SOL. No way I would consider them for any maintainance on our vehicles.

Beneficial Automotive came highly recommended by my Aunt who has been bringing all of their cars here for the last 20ish years. Well they did not disappoint!! I brought my newly inherited car in with a check engine light and and a few other major issues. The turnaround time from diagnosis to being complete was incredible too. I feel like I am driving a brand new car. Beneficial Automotive's customer service is superior and I highly recommend them all your automotive needs!!

Do not go here to get an alignment. I took them a tahoe with all new upper and lower a arms and tie rod ends. They couldn't align it. They said perfect was with .5 degrees of outward camber and a severe pull to the right.

I have not had any work done here but I work at a nearby business and they frequently "test drive" at a high rate of speed through our parking lot. I for sure based off of these risky rides would not choose to have my car worked on at this shop. I've seen them drive wide open through the entirety of the back of the parking lot both ways at high rates of speed. Would be much safer if tested on an actual roadway or interstate at those speeds.

Car troubles? No worries. Beneficial Autimotive Maintenance has your best interest in mind. Our whole family uses them. They are friendly, reliable and they dont overcharge you. My experience has been wonderful wiith them. I bring it in, in the morning and it is usually done by lunch. The bill is always lower than I expected it to be. You won't go wrong with BAM!

So happy to have found them! They have worked on both our cars. Was wondering how I was going to work the pick ups since I work during their work hours and thankfully they have made that process super simple for picking up after hours. They have lock boxes for our keys. (Just remember to turn the knob 😉). Thanks guys for being reasonably priced and knowledgeable!

I have a F250 PowerStroke Diesel. They know this engine and drive train very well. Have had them perform a few repairs and they always seem to get it right. They also keep all the records in their data base. This came in handy when a repair they had done later become part of a recall. With the form they provided Ford completely reimbursed me for the repair.

At the very top of their website, the first thing you see in big bold letters is “Tired of going to the dealership?” ….. I called for an estimate to replace the engine in my car and the woman didn’t even want to try, she just immediately said “You’re better off going to the Infiniti dealership for that” and that was it. Would not recommend. *Updated to add that other mechanic shops have been much more helpful by taking the time to look for a used engine and giving me a rough estimate of the cost+labor. This shop refused to explain anything other than “that’s not something we can do, you’re better off going to the dealership.” Period. They only had more to say after I posted a negative review. I have since gotten 5 estimates from 5 different local mechanic businesses.

Called on a Thursday or Friday asking to see if I could get my vehicle in Monday. I dropped my vehicle off Sunday evening. There drop off process was easy. I was able to get my vehicle back the same day. Additionally, they came in under their initial estimate which is awesome. It is nice having a mechanic I can take my ride to that is not a dealership. They definitely will have a repeat customer.
