I've taken my car to these guys a few times and have been very happy with their service. They are prompt, thorough, and I've never felt take advantage of or overcharged. Plus, they've never charged me to take a look and figure out what the problem is, which I really appreciate. Also, being a woman, I don't feel like they talk down to me or assume I'm an idiot who doesn't know what an alternator is (I do!). I would recommend them to anyone.

Gotta tell you, this place is the place to go for anything your car needs. I bought a tiny car in July and had a short in a headlight, no unlock and no working drivers window. No replacement they repaired what was there. Very reasonable rate. Then I got tires from the Firestone by city bites for my suburban. They told me my entire front end was shot and gave me an estimate for $3200. So I brought it here instead. I had barely used it since my son got sick 3 years ago so I had them check out everything. I needed a new hydrobooster and a new shock for the stabilizer bar. Got a new belt put on, brakes checked, they fixed an oil leak (not a usual leak). Checked the bushings which had a little cracking but all intact. They charged me under $300 for the labor. Honesty is something more businesses should value because I can't say enough good things about this place. Looking forward to writing the Firestone review ๐

These guys are AMAZING!!! I was in Oklahoma for one day and had to drive back to Texas that night. I had to have my brake power booster replaced. I dropped my car off at 8:00 am that morning and they had it fixed and ready to go at 5:30 that evening. My car was not an easy job. My car runs better now than it did when I first bought it a year ago. I'm so thankful for these guys!! They were pleasant, honest, kind, and hard working! I would recommend everyone use them! They will take care of you! They're very reasonable on your pocket book too!! Thank you RW Automotive!!

I've been taking my work vans and personal vehicles to Ron for several years. He's always fair on his prices and he does great work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone in need of vehicle repair and maintenance.

We've taken our older van here twice and have had a great experience both times. I don't feel overcharged or pressured to have more done than what's necessary. Excellent customer service and the turn around time is super fast. We will continue using this business anytime our vehicles need serviced.

Charged me for diagnostic and advised vehicle was good. I drove it off with the same electrical problems as the day before. Owner also admitted that he has a tool to change the oil pressure sensor on a GM truck WITHOUT taking the intake off. But, that he charges for taking it off anyway. Had to call a wrecker to transport it to an honest repair shop the following day. I shouldnโt have taken it here. Prior to this, they advised transmission was โ shudderingโ on a different vehicle. It was a bad coil. I replaced coils and plugs myself. Runs and SHIFTS perfect. Donโt trust this place.

RW Automotive has the highest level of integrity and truly take pride in what they do. Honesty and respect is what they show to their customers. I have been going to them for years and I will forever trust them with all my vehicle repairs regardless where I live. I recently went to them with a long list of things I needed to have done and after this last experience I decided I had to finally write a good review for them, which is something I don't really think to do after visiting any business. They are so vigilant while working that they noticed a very serious issue with my radiator as well as a leaky water pump that could have left me stranded on the side of the road. This is my biggest fear if I am on my way to pick up my daughter from school 45 minutes away. They were up front every step of the way, calling me to discuss it all and providing me with prices and status updates without me having to ask. In the end the repairs were completed earlier than projected, at the exact price they estimated and at a better price than any other automotive repair shop I have been to in the past. I was then provided with an itemized invoice not just showing parts costs and labor prices hour by hour but labor costs by partial hours worked. There was no rounding up to the nearest hour here and I am very happy with every single aspect of this business. Bottom line these guys are golden.

Never had to take a vehicle back for a failed repa. Been a customer since 2006. Always fast and prompt, many times, the final bill was cheaper than the original estimate. Wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else.

Extremely helpful, informative, and polite; without looking for every reason to charge you more. I would definitely recommend RW for anyone who is hesitant about finding a good honest mechanic. They even shined my headlights after fixing my oil leak and cleaning out all the residual oil around the leak area. (I never even made a complaint about my terribly foggy headlights, they just did it) I called them and was able to have everything fixed within the next day. Much different from the mechanics who leave screws or clips missing from your car, they do more than asked without extra pay. If youโre searching for a place you found it!

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. They got my car done in a timely manner and stayed in contact. When I left the shop, something felt off and I called to them about it. The next morning I get a call asking if I could bring it back in because the tech was concerned. These guys are amazing and I will be back!

My husband was having problems with his truck. Coolant was leaking. He checked the hoses the previous night to make sure it wasn't just a fixable leak, no luck or no visible problems. The next day his truck started overheating on his way home from work. He never let the truck get too hot, he parked and let it cool off every time the temp started rising until he made it to Moore and took the truck to R.W. Automotive. They call him and tell him he needs a new radiator and it will be $550+ to fix. He tells them to go ahead and fix it. The next day the truck was finished, we go pick up the truck, get home and my husband pops the hood and sees a cracked fan cover held together by glue and zip ties. He calls R.W. and let's the guy know they broke the fan cover, to which the guy admits to breaking the fan cover and tells my husband he will order a new one and put it on for him. My husband was ok with that since they were trying to make it right. The next day my husband gets a call from, who I am assuming is the "manager", who then tells my husband they will not be replacing his fan cover, they are $260 and they won't replace it. Then proceeds to try to accuse my husband of letting the truck get too hot and that's what broke it, when the guy my husband spoke to the day before admitted they broke it and said they would replace it. So now my husband is stuck with a rigged up fan cover held together by zip ties and glue that R.W. refuses to fix. They were nice enough to offer 2 broken ones they'd gotten from a salvage yard that were cracked and had zip ties on them too!! What a joke!! Just a fair warning to take pictures of every part of your vehicle if you let them do anything to it, or they will screw you over too if they break anything!! We will not recommend them to anyone ever!! Poor customer service and all around shady business practice!!

Ron and his staff have cared for my vehicles since 1998. I always get a fair price, advice on what needs to be done and what can wait, and prompt service. He has always made the effort to get anything covered through any extended warranty program I may have even if it is time consuming. RW automotive has my respect and has earned my business as long as they are around. I feel they are trustworthy and do great work.

As a first-time customer, I was initially hopeful for good service after reading positive reviews (most reviews are from over a year ago) so Iโm not sure if there was a change in management. Over the phone, the staff was pleasant and informative. However, when I dropped off my vehicle, I received a different level of service. There was no information provided or even casual conversation, just a brief greeting. I found this odd, but based on the reviews, I decided to proceed. The next day, they informed me of the issues with my vehicle and provided a quote. The price was quite high, but since I don't know much about cars, I trusted their assessment. When I went in to pay, there was again no personal interaction with the mechanics, just a quick "here's your total and your keys." I found this lack of communication strange, but not everyone is talkative, so I let it go. Fifteen minutes into my drive home, the check engine light came back on. Since they were closing soon, I decided to call back the next morning. When I returned my car, they said another part needed replacing. Once again, I received little information in person, and when I picked up my car for the second time, the check engine light was off. However, after driving for about 30 minutes, it came back on. After taking my car back 3 times, I finally got to speak with the mechanic and he called me directly, instead of the front desk staff. He explained that the error code was one they initially saw, but because of the make of the car, there was nothing they could do, and I would need to take it to a dealership. I spent $1,400, yet my car is still not fixed. If I had known that the car needed to be seen at a dealership, I wouldn't have had it serviced at this location. I'm writing this review to help other women avoid a similar experience because I feel taken advantage of.

Very best in town, my wife took her Kia into them because her air conditioner has not been blowing cold they found the problem informed us told us a decent price and was good communicating with us about parts and time it will take did our oil change. It was well worth the wait. I wonโt go to nobody else hands-down the best in town.

If I could give 0 stars I 100% would. I took my vehicle in for brake pads and rotors replacement and when I am on my way back from taking my son to an appointment I go to drive by to check on it. Coming up Eastern and my car passes me and swerves into my lane crossing a double yellow almost hitting me. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles elsewhere.

For 17 years, I trusted RW Automotive to take care of my vehicles. Unfortunately, in the last 3 years, the service and professionalism I once counted on have completely changed. Iโve experienced multiple issues, all of which were repeatedly dismissed or blamed on me: โข Brakes: I was told I was โriding my brakes too hard,โ implying it was my fault. โข Suspension: Despite repeated visits and feeling clear problems while driving, I was assured nothing was wrong. I later took my truck to three separate shops, all of which confirmed my concerns were valid. RWโs response? The other shops were just โtrying to take my money.โ โข Exhaust: I also strongly believe thereโs a serious issue with my exhaust system, but this was dismissed without real investigation. This pattern of downplaying legitimate safety concerns and deflecting blameโparticularly toward female customersโis unacceptable. If youโre a woman, be warned: RW Automotive has shown they will minimize your concerns rather than take them seriously, even when your safety is at stake. Note: This is an update to a previous review stating that I couldnโt believe I never wrote a review.

Iโm someone who panics whenever it comes to car troubles or issues, and the dealership was outrageous with the price they quoted meโso I looked elsewhere. Iโm so glad I did! I let him know what was wrong, he gave me an estimate which was very reasonably priced and got everything scheduled, and said it should only take a day to fix. Well, I got a call bright and early the next dayโjust a few minutes before they even openedโletting me know my vehicle was already done. Fast, easy to talk to, and super friendly. He even went above and beyond, which absolutely made my day! I hadnโt noticed it right away, but he repaired the plastic underneath my lower bumper where Iโd hit a trash bin ages agoโ it had just been hanging on to life. I truly appreciate you and you have gained a lifetime customer!
