Aprox $8500 in repair. The work was good, not great. Unpainted, or no touch-up to chassis inside wheel well where the replaced inside fabric liner. I did it myself when I got home. Caliber agreed to change out my DOT legal tires for an almost new set <2k/mi I had. They kept my old tires. They blamed it on the tire company but when the tire company could not find them, they then said I should have told them expressly to keep the tires. Then tried to guilt me in all the trouble they went through dealing with two different tire companies. I felt like I was dealing with a couple guys from a used car lot in mid 80's! I asked why you guys just didn't call me? Really no answer just more jive guilt stuff. Kinda funny really. Then they asked what they should do about it. I said cut me check for $80. They no... Moving on, looking the invoice for signature, it said customer to pay xx$$ in annotated in brackets. When in fact the agreement was they were to pay me xx$$. I asked what's this? They said brackets meant it was a negative amount but owed to me. I re-stated pointing at the words - clearly states I was to pay. I told them brackets mean an "order of operation" and any negative value would and should be shown a a negative symbol, example -xx$$. It was farcical, embarrassing and I hated being there in the moment. I had them pen & ink change all of it even through their obections, they did. Lastly, I always, always place an inexpensive item in a glove box or door box just to see if service guys in the bays are good guys. In this case, I left a 6 to 4 power pigtail used for small trailers. It was missing. I have many of them. This was my experience, true and accurate.

I have previously used this location and had a wonderful experience. Not this time. I was promised phone calls that never came. I was promised dates the vehicle would be ready and they passed with little to no communication. Then I was promised the car was done for a week and wasn’t allowed to pick it up due to insurance issues and when I arrive I find it’s not even done. I was requested to talk to the insurance for the claim, that is not my insurance to help do the technicians job and the insurance even asked why the claim adjustments weren’t submitted sooner if the car was already completed. Based on previous experiences, the service technician is responsible for ensuring the car is repaired fully and it appeared Curtis did not do this throughout. Curtis seemed unorganized and unprepared. I had to point out the unfinished work for Curtis to even notice or react. This was an extremely stressful situation before the vehicle even got to Caliber Collision and Curtis made the situation so much worse. I doubt I’ll use them again and if I do I will refuse to work with Curtis because this sloppy work is unacceptable. Photos are when I was given the vehicle back stating it was finished.

Had my vehicle repaired here in 2025 and they did a great job. Took my vehicle here again early 2026 and the work was terrible. Part of my inner wheel well was sagging and had to be repaired, they forgot one of my lugnuts, they said they did a alignment but now the car pulls hard to the left. I would strongly suggest you take your car else where! Only take your car here if you want it to leave in a worse condition than you dropped it off.

Very professional shop. Everyone I worked with were well knowledgeable, and very polite. I specifically worked with Todd on a couple of occasions and he was awesome. My brother and his family use this shop and my family have used Caliber before at the NORMAN location multiple times, but this is our first time with the Moore shop and it was awesome and again Todd is your guy.

Where do I start… this location was amazing! From the work they did to the excellent customer service, and the woman at the front desk was always kind, polite, with a smile. Jessi was over my repairs, she went above and beyond to communicate each step of the repairs with me in detail sometimes daily which I really appreciated. The at fault party’s insurance company was a bit difficult to work with but Jessi didn’t back down and made sure I got my car back as soon as possible. I had to have my bumper replaced and painted, as well as sensors replaced and calibrated. The repairs look/work great so far and I love that they have a lifetime warranty on their work on your vehicle. They even washed my car before I picked it back up. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in general but definitely the Moore, Ok location. If you can request Jessi, you should definitely do so. Happy customer here. -Justin

I’ve brought two separate vehicles to Caliber Collision, my 2013 Ford Escape in Fall 2024 and my 2025 Hyundai Elantra in late Summer 2025, and both experiences were excellent. I was impressed with their clear communication, exceptional customer service, and knowledgeable staff. They made the repair process smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident my vehicles were in good hands. Highly recommend!

I understand that shipment delays can happen and that not everything is within their control. However, what is within their control is communication and honesty, and that’s where Caliber Collision completely failed us. For seven straight days, we were told “your car will be ready tomorrow.” Every single day. Tomorrow never came. The vehicle has now been in their possession for 22 days for cosmetic damage, and we are still waiting on a fog light. Which, apparently, took them 22 days just to order. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. Not once did they call or text with an update. Every single time, we had to call them just to get the most basic information. And even then, we were given promises that turned out to be false. We feel lied to, misled, and completely kept in the dark throughout this entire process. Delays happen, but dishonesty and poor communication are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this location based on our experience.

Absolutely the worst auto repair experience I’ve ever had. No effort to keep me informed. Vehicles was transferred from one location to another twice. I had to call and track the vehicle down. The repairs took almost a month when ten days were quoted. Repair work was substandard. The new paint doesn’t match the old paint. Never use Caliber Collision for anything. If I could leave less than one star I would. This place is a complete ripoff.

I had a great experience working Caliber Collision in Moore, Ok. Sarah was fantastic. She knew the damage to my car was extensive, and she made sure everything was included in the estimate to my insurance company. I had originally taken it to a different body shop that gave an initial estimate, and then State Farm approved an "even lower amount". Sarah provided a detailed estimate that was twice as much, which was ultimately approved. It appears she knows what she's doing. Would reccomend.

My Caliber experience was amazing in a time that was extremely stressful. Service advisor was communicative and constantly working with my insurance company to make sure all repairs needed were covered. Made the process simple and easy. The repair was completed in the timeframe that was quoted to me, and the craftsmanship was exceptional. Paint match was spot on and quality of the finish was superb ( no trash or fish eyes). They did a decent job on the front end damage that needed fixed but the way they returned my car was unacceptable. When I got in my car they had a paper mat down and a plastic car seat cover on the driver side. Once I removed the mat and seat cover my car was so dirty and there was a grease/oil stain on my seat! Very disappointing. They tried to wash the outside of my car but didn’t do a very good job.
