While the staff was friendly and atmosphere was nice. I had to bring back an alignment job not a week later. They say the tie toe is fine but camber is out. Don’t feel “comfortable” in loosening two bolts (24mm) to slide a bottom control arm in to address the camber issue. Wanted to sell new struts and send car to Merle’s. For the $129 alignment I think camber should be able to adjust and not blame lowering springs. Drivers side is fine passenger side has some negative camber.

Firestone Store #011835 1800 S Broadway St; Moore, OK 73160. Stopped by the afternoon of 7/25/2025 to have them look at a tire that kept going low. This Store has the best customer service bar none of any Tire Store in the Metro. Kenny and Brandon were helping me at the front desk while Matthew fixed my tire and checked the other three. I feel these guys really value and appreciate their customers business, and are the upmost professionals with a personable touch that is missing from their competition.

I took my suv in for an alignment. They quoted me $114 which was fine. After I brought it in they called me a couple hours later saying it would be an extra $300 to fix because my tie rod was “locked up.” The explanation was very vague and I got different explanations from two different people. I told them I would just take it somewhere else, and they advised me it would be $30 just because they looked at it. When I arrived I got even more run around why they couldn’t complete the alignment. When I got home I had a friend look at it, and come to find out, the real reason was they completely stripped the bolt on my tie rod and couldn’t get it off. I have pictures of shards of fresh metal falling off the bolt that hadn’t been touched by anyone else. So basically they messed up my tie rod then made an excuse of it being “locked up” and tried to charge me more for their mistake. Completely shady business. I will never think of them as a company again!
