Left my car there Monday around 1ish on to do an alignment they had my car 3 days they got the car back Wednesday luckily my son didn't have school that week so I got the car back and the alignment is still off but they recommended me tires so I go to my tire man and get new tires the alignment is off so now I have to go somewhere else to get an alignment, the desk lady is very nice she kept me informed everyday but when they did the alignment they didn't give any print out proof of the caster camber or toe steering wheel still crooked

All I can say is awesome work and customer service. My son and I were on a rode trip when out of nowhere the van overheated. I called the next morning and was told bring it right in, so I had it towed from the hotel we stayed at and it was fixed that same day and at such a reasonable price. I am so grateful for the mechanics and Lauren plus the other lady at the counter. Then to top it off Greg dropped me off back at my hotel plus picked me up when it was done. I'm so thankful I found them because I was a total emotional wreck so far from home but God sent Angels to help, I am forever grateful.

I had an emergency repair done here at Benefield Automative while I was stuck in Atlanta and couldn’t drive my car back home to Charlotte. I had driven over a curb, which caused a coolant leak, and they ended up replacing the hose and the thermostat. The wait was longer than expected because the parts weren’t immediately available, and the labor cost was a bit on the pricey side. However, the communication throughout the process was very good. They explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I also want to specifically mention the lady at the reception — she was absolutely amazing, very kind, patient, and welcoming, which made a stressful situation much easier. Overall, despite the wait and cost, I appreciated their professionalism and transparency.

Benefield Automotive are Superstars! I was "That" customer. I showed up an hour before closing with big problems and needed a miracle and Benefields delivered!!! Even though they were clearly busy, they brought my car right in, immediately identified the source of the oil pouring out from under my car, ran for the parts, and stayed past closing until they had it fixed and me on my way and at a great price! Quite frankly, he could have charged me anything and I would have paid it. Furthermore, while I was waiting for my car to be repaired I witnessed the owner and his team at work. Everyone was friendly, courteous and made everyone feel like they were the only customer. Thank you, Benefield's. I am telling everyone about my experience and you have a customer for life!

I flew back into ATL and my car wouldn’t start at the ATL Park-in-Ride lot. The jump start boost from Park-Ride assistance was unsuccessful. I talked to Ms. Lorrie who was very helpful. Benefield Auto got my car in same day for a diagnostic and repair (battery failure) very appreciative of the professional, prompt, and trustworthy service. I hope I don’t have another breakdown in the airport parking lot again, but if I do I will go back to Benefield 💯
