Worst place to ever even get an estimate my window had fell off the track and he's talking about he needs to place the whole engine motor on the window and just to see that is $60 then if not to fix it 180 when people try to take advantage of other people

Worst place i have ever been to. First he makes me pay 5 days in advance. Then, when i show up he doesn't have the part and he tells me to come back in 4 hours. When i show up 4 hours later he isn't there. I call and he doesn't answer. I go back and he isn't there. i call him he doesn't respond. after 1 hour he calls me back and says he was in LA. Like What!!! if i hadnt paid in advance i would of left. i wouldn't recommend it. After i went back for the 4th time. He finally gets a guy to work on my car. the guy that worked on my car is actually nice and got to it. but Benny shows up, tries to call me "Boss" and doesn't even acknowledge what just happened.

I had Emergency to Change my Cracked Windshield on Friday. He told me that he have other to Work first & Can able to do my Windshield around 4 pm. So, I asked..... How about Tomorrow's/Early Friday's? I have things to do & Cannot Waited for 3 hrs./There's nowhere to go to Sitting and Waiting for 3 + hrs. I wasn't expecting friendly at all But, he was So Rude and Cannot Work next day's Because of Easter Friday's & Saturday & Sunday Either 🤨 Condition of his Shop was bad too 🤨

If can I give 10 stars, I would. I called Benny's Auto Glass in the afternoon and Benny answered. Initially, he did not have my windshield but made the effort to call around and got it for me. I was able to come in the same day, 3 hours later, and he replaced my windshield within 10 minutes. Instead of paying $200+ from all the quotes I got online, I paid only $80 for quality work! Help this small business out! Thank you Benny. You got yourself a new customer!

Went to him and he said the day before 45$ to put my weatherstrip seal when I got there and he put it on he said 65$ and said I heard wrong I totally heard correctly and that was just for one door super expensive for a 5 minute job would have done it at home but did not have a tool for it went to another spot and told me they would’ve done it for 20$ complete rip off for such a quick service

Benny's was great! We got a huge chip in our window along the outside of our giant windshield and wanted it to be filled asap. Benny's was one of the only shops in the area that actually have a shop and are not just mobile based. They work on appointments only but they were able to squeeze us in since we were just passing through. He even gave me some "need to knows" about chips for the future and how to determine what is immediately necessary to fill. Thank you Benny @ Benny's Auto Glass!
