I took my BMW here. The guy who worked on it is from Germany. He has a strong accent. Repaired everything great, now my car runs real good! When I brought it in, I was expecting a big repair bill. He could’ve charged me anything cuz I had no idea what was wrong. Haha 😂 He found out that it was just a vacuum leak! I was out of there for much less then I was thinking.

We have been using International Auto, for easily over a decade! Wilhelm and Pasquale have been such a great team and have helped us with not only international cars, but even our American made cars. We have also purchased from them, my first car, a Volvo 240 that someone signed over to them. Then when I got in a car accident, 10 years later, I took the Volvo to them, so that they could use her for parts etc. It is comforting to know that this mechanic looks after the cars they work on, even after their life spans. I was also lucky enough to purchase an Audi A4, from them that same day, also signed off to them. This mechanic shop has meant a lot to me and my family. I glad to see it continue and be kept busy.

Wilhelm is adorable and so smart!! He's been working on my car for years. He is trustworthy!! When he first started working on my car, I asked my dad (a retired mechanic) to check out his work when I went home for Christmas. Wilhelm and his son do amazing, high quality work. I had a 1984 Mercedes 300d that they took excellent care of. Before I found them, I went to other Mercedes mechanics in Ventura who were just awful. Don't take your Mercedes anywhere else but to International Auto.

Been going here for about 3 years. When I first got my bmw I had trouble finding a good mechanic. I went to a couple different shops but didn't get any service nearly as good as I got here. Not only did they let me know what was wrong with my car, but what caused it and how I would be able to fix it the easy way or the right way. I have a Volvo 240 that had a blown rear main seal leaking oil. I love this car so I took it to this shop to get checked out and repaired. In only 2 days time they had my transmission down, seal replaced, and car working perfectly. I am very impressed at the quality of workmanship and customer service. So I have a 2004 Audi A4 1.8t B6 Ultrasport. My car is predominately stock and to date I have spent upwards of $8,000 (maintenance only). This includes a new engine recommended by another Oxnard auto shop. My car was in and out of that shop once every 2 months for about 4 years and if I'm honest, there are multiple parts still broken on my car from that shop. I took my car to International Auto Repair, about a week ago and I've had a grin on my face the last 2 commutes to work. My car has never been this good and I feel confident nothing will break. Every step of the way they kept in contact with me and updates with ball park estaminets and recommendations. What they quoted me at the time is was what they charged me and even cut corners on pricing to help me out here they could. They knew what they were talking about and educated me on my own car. If you live in Ventura County and you need work on your car, save yourself the drama and talk to these people.
