I went there to get my car fixed and they ended up damaging parts of my car and drain my car battery to the point that my car left me stranded and they told me to send them a bill of the new battery I purchased so I did and they never got back to me they’re work ethic suck I would never do business again with this body shop they never replace the parts damage by them and I’m gonna talk to my insurance about all of this cause I wanna make sure this never happens again I hate people who take advantage like that

I was so impressed how wonderful the staff was and the great quality of work. Now see below-Imagine my disappointment when I went back to have the same mirror fixed and they were going to charge me three times more than they had charged me 6 months ago. I left two stars as my first visit was amazing. This time I felt like I could never recommend them again.

I recently worked with All star auto body to replace the hood on my 2011 VW Jetta SEL. They worked with me to go through my insurance claim which I had never done before but they made me feel comfortable with the process and even paid half of my deductible. On my initial pick up I was unsatisfied with some of the work done to my car and the owner Martin went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was happy with the service that they provided me. He offered to take my car back to address the issue and gave me a loaner car so that I would not be without a vehicle while he was fixing the issue. To top everything off he had my cat detailed. I can say from personal experience that Martin is an honest and trustworthy businessman. Martin contacted me directly several times not only to make sure that I satisfied but one time just to say happy 4th of July. It is truly relieving to work with someone who respects his clients and takes pride in the service he is providing. I would HIGHLY recommend all star auto body to anyone who is looking for auto body work
