Euro Car Doctor at Costa Mesa is the Ritz Carlton of auto repair shops, especially in the category of customer service, and I encourage anyone with a vehicle issue to consult Euro Car Doctor. Taylor was my Service Advisor and she helped me out nearly everyday as we worked with my car dealer to coordinate the warranty benefits and the lapse of their obligations. She helped guide and assure me that we would work it out, and she even texted me proactively on updates on the warranty and the vehicle's service. She and the team provided consistent transparency on the vehicle updates, timeframes and the solutions to fixing its issues with even an easily accessible link with photos and assessment parameters. I should have submitted this right after I got the car, but months later, I'm still clearly very appreciative and happy for their service. They earned a lifetime relationship with me. FANTASTIC my Mini Cooper gets the best treatment at Euro Car Doctor. This is the only place I would take my "baby" (2013 Mini) to and have been a loyal customer since their first location in Signal Hill. A big THANK YOU to Kurt, Kevin and Josh for really taking great care of my car. Kurt was amazing with follow up calls on parts for my car and they were really fast getting my service done. Kevin also took the time to double-check with me an issue with part of my front bumper. Top notch and they have a complimentary car service if you don't have time to wait at their location. But if you have time to wait they have a nice lounge area with comfortable seating, Wifi, charging stations, coffee/soda and snacks- which is my personal favorite :D. AND on top of all of that a complimentary car wash with your service! I really appreciate Euro Car Doctor gives you honest recommendations and prioritizes services and doesn't try to upsell you like a dealership might. When I had to get my battery changed, Euro Car Doctor was much less then what the dealership (I wasn't on warranty) was quoting. GREAT service and HONEST people- this is why I will drive down to Orange County to get my car regularly serviced. The service and customer support are superb! Highly recommended and I wouldn't take my Cooper anywhere but Euro Car Doctor!

One of my regular go to spots for car work is the Irvine or Costa Mesa area. They’ve worked on various models and vehicles I’ve owned including my Honda civics 99 & 2018. They’ve done repair work under the hood with belts and my oil. Even suspension and more. Heck they helped me with a loaner car once when my car was out of action for a day longer than planned. 10/5 starts truly

I want to leave a review for Caesar and Tony at Euro Car Doctor. The first time I came in, it was Caesar and Tony, and the second time there was also a woman and another guy working the desk. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly helpful and professional. I have a very clean 2016 Audi A6 Supercharged V6, and they replaced my transmission mounts, PCV valve, and water pump. They were extremely thorough and took the time to explain all the necessary work, the gaskets involved, and how the entire process would go from start to finish. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands the entire time. They even took the time to look over some DIY work I had done myself on the engine and confirmed everything was done correctly. That really meant a lot to me and showed they were going above and beyond instead of trying to nitpick or upsell. They are also one of the few shops that offer loaner vehicles, which I was very grateful for while they took the time to properly work on my car. Caesar even communicated with me throughout his day off and kept me updated with zero wait time. He sent me pictures of what was going on and answered every question I had without hesitation. As someone who is extremely meticulous about maintaining vehicles and very wary of people in this industry, I can confidently say both locations in Irvine and Costa Mesa are fantastic. The owner clearly takes accountability, and it shows in how the shop is run. Any of the bad reviews here honestly seem like they come from people who don’t understand European vehicles and what it takes to properly maintain them. I can truly reassure anyone reading this that this is the place to go. I really, really appreciate everything these guys have done for me. They even dealt with my warranty company directly, negotiated on my behalf, and worked to maximize my coverage, which took a huge burden off my shoulders. I would not hesitate to recommend Euro Car Doctor to anyone with a European car or any car for that matter!

Brought my BMW 5 Series in for an oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly familiar with BMWs. They used the correct oil and filters, explained everything they were doing, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Service was quick, the car runs smoother, and the facility was clean and well-organized. It’s hard to find a place you can really trust with a BMW—this is definitely one of them. I own a 2020 Mercedes Sprinter - built out by Overland Van Project out of Portland, Oregon - and ran into some transfer actuator issues in Costa Mesa on a road trip. I happened to be right across the street from these guys, managed to get an appointment over their website, and had the best experience working with their team. They were efficient, communicable, straight shooters, and a got the job done right the first time. It was great working with Andrew and shout out to Hugo for giving me a ride to my hotel after I dropped the van off. 10/10 service - highly recommend this company!

Euro Car Doctor was the best car care experience I’ve ever had! They really seemed to care about making sure they diagnosed my car correctly and then even went to the extent of explaining what was wrong by showing me and then explaining exactly what they did to fix it, also showing me directly. I’ve never had a mechanic do that with me before? And I loved their friendly and welcoming professionalism. Being a single female that doesn’t know much about cars, I usually feel intimidated going anywhere to get my car fixed. They remedied my past challenges with getting my car fixed and serviced elsewhere. It felt so much more personal than a dealership. I have a Mercedes and these guys are pros with working on European cars! They told me that they will do work on any type of car but that their mechanics are certified to work on the most simple car to the very high-end ones. I’d like to mention 3 names specifically bcause they worked with me directly: Hugo, who took care of making sure I was a valued customer and reassured me that I could really trust their mechanics to do the very best for me,; Roman, who fixed my car and got it running beautifully and Tony, who is the owner of the shop because he was so humble and caring about my experience there. If I ever need work done on my car, I’m not ever going to hesitate going back to them to fix it no matter who ends up helping me in my future visits. I’m sure, based on my experience with Hugo’s customer service and Roman’s mechanical work, I feel that anyone that Tony has hired are the best people he could have hired to work for him. Thanks again to Euro Car Doctor in Costa Mesa!! You’ve created a lifelong customer with me and I’m going to happily refer anyone I know to go there to get their cars fixed. And I encourage anyone who reads this to consider taking your car there if you need any repairs or services on your car! You won’t be disappointed. Have fixed my A/C blower motor at this place in my VW, the staff was really friendly and willing to help me, especially Taylor. First time i fixed, the new blower first came out to be really a lil bit noisy, i had told the staff about that and they said maybe just bc the blower motor was new and long time didnt use so it will have a lil noise when first use, then the noise didnt appear until 4-5 days later, the noise came back and even louder. I had scheduled the appointment back again to fix it, but I didn't meet Taylor because that day was her day off. So i came back the day after, i met her and she already know my situation, Taylor and the mechanic trying to help me quickly bc i cannot leave my car at the garage, just about 30 mins later, they replaced the new one without any extra charge, which make me happy really much. When I wrote this review, it has been half a month now and the new A/C blower motor did a great job, my VW fully fixed by this place. Shout out to Taylor and the mechanic, also the staff, I definitely comeback for sure!!!!

The people who work here are very professional and friendly, but also on top of everything. I felt that my car was properly taken care of so that I don’t have to worry. I also like that they give you 1st, 2nd and 3rd priority repairs so you know what repairs are needed to keep the car in good condition for many years and they don’t wait until you engine is fried to tell you what’s wrong. I’m very happy with them!

I’m the proud original owner of a 2003 Land Rover Discovery II with very low mileage. Recently, the check-engine light came on due to a cylinder misfire, and I also discovered a major valve cover leak. I called my regular mechanic, and he recommended taking it to a shop that specializes in European cars. After searching on Yelp, I found Euro Car Doctor, luckily they were very close to my home. When I visited, I met Andrew and Taylor, who were both welcoming, respectful, and completely transparent about the repair estimate. The price wasn’t cheap, but what really convinced me was their 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty. Not only did they fix the engine light issue, but they also replaced the necessary gaskets for the manifold and valve covers, spark plug wires, along with spark plugs, the serpentine belt, and replaced the throttle body due to coolant leak. My Discovery now runs like a champ thanks to their skilled mechanics. I highly recommend Euro Car Doctor to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop for their vehicle.
