Stopped in to get a quote on a fender bender and was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and friendly the staff was. They were able to take my car in right away and have it for me that afternoon. I recently took my vehicle for repairs after hitting a hog and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yvette, and let me tell you, her customer service is top notch! From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, Yvette explained everything in extreme detail and kept me informed every step of the way. She was consistently professional, friendly, and made sure I never felt out of the loop regarding the status of my vehicle. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond. My “New To Me” 2020 Subaru WRX had a problem with what I call my right side faring. It began to fall away from the body on a Saturday of course!! Went directly to my local Subaru dealer where I was told to tape it up and not drive it because things could get worse. Was instructed to go to the Bert Ogden main body shop Monday morning…which I did! There I met Yvette Perez who was a god send!!! What a great attitude and put me at ease immediately letting me know it would be taken care of. She helped me work with the Houston Dealer I bought the vehicle from and it was all taken care of within a week….at No Expense to me btw!!! Thank you Yvette from me and my gorgeous WRX!! Ed W

Worst experience with this body shop. They pre-ordered parts before I dropped my vehicle off. Once I dropped it off they gave me a date of repair of 09/04/2025. Service representative Ruben is hard to get a hold of. They later moved my completion date to the 9th. I keep calling to get update and Mr. Ruben gives me the run around. It is 10 September and still no completion. Mr. Ruben is not in today, so I speak with receptionist who gives me an "updated" and asks to call back later. Mr. Ruben at one point apologizes for the inconvenience but they have too much work. More than $5000 that this will cost and its overdue by more than 6 days. Unacceptable customer service.

My car was in their repair shop since 6.19.25. Repairs were delayed costing me alot on a rental because There was a constant blame between the insurance and the company as to why my car took long to get approvals. I got my car back after being repaired for 4 months . I never got the label that goes to the side of my door until today after writing a review for a different department. I'm just utterly disappointed as to how my situation was handled. There is more to say as to the repairs but it just makes me feel upset even thinking about bring up some concerns I had after it was given back and disregarded.

I understand that businesses have the right to decline work, and in my case the shop chose not to take on my vehicle due to a prior experience. While I respect their decision, the process leading up to that outcome was frustrating and poorly communicated. I had to make multiple calls and speak with several employees, including Angel, Jayme, and Yvette Perez. During those conversations I received different explanations, was routed to voicemail without resolution, and even had a call disconnected after being told the matter was beyond authorization. It took several attempts just to get a clear and final answer. Had the shop simply communicated their decision clearly and professionally from the beginning, it would have saved a lot of time and frustration. I’m not leaving this review because Dolores , Blanca and Jakob declined the work — I’m leaving it because of the lack of consistency and professionalism in how the situation was handled.

I've had an unsettling experience with a minor accident i had with my 2025 Buick Envision. Fortunately the staff at the Bert Ogden collision center were very accommodating to make me ease all my confusion. Angel was an amazing person and though sometimes I felt embarrassed to keep calling for updates on my vehicle, he always made the time to explain things with ease. Dolores was someone who I can say was very diligent with her area of work and made sure that at the end of the day, " I " the customer had peace of mind. Love, love her character. I totally and whole heartedly recommend them for any work your vehicle might need. They are definitely #1 in my heart.

I brought my truck in for body work from my 2020 1500 Ram Lone Star edition. They did a great job on it repairs were excellent and in a timely manner. When I received my truck the driverside taillight and sensors quit working. So returned it now keep in my mind my truck had body work done from being hit 2 years before. So I kept getting false faults saying lights were out. Now instead of telling to kick rocks they took the truck back in to repair for me. They were having a hard time at first figuring it out and they were doing as a favor for cause of medical and being vet. But most people would give up and return the truck but instead they got the part for the repair but still gave them issues. In the end they took everything off to further diagnose the issue. In the end they were able to figure out the problem and it was from the previous repair In AZ where a different body did the work and they actually placed my wiring backwards which gave me false faults saying lights were out. Now my truck has no issues. Yvette Perez was my the person who assisted me. I highly recommend Bert Ogden and especially Yvette Perez as the person to help you. She doesn’t try to rip you off and she stays highly dedicated to her customers. With my health issues I have going she was a blessing to me for her dedication and support. As for Bert Ogden Yvette Perez needs a raise or a promotion. I have never met someone as compassionate and caring as she was about her job. Again thank you so much for all the support and help getting this done. Even though it wasn’t there fought remember they did this for free far as getting my lights working again. They didn’t have to keep trying the way they did. They literally did everything to get my truck operational again and im grateful
