Worst experience ever car was at shop since Friday then they tell me they can start on Monday to turn back around to tell me they can’t put the shock on the car. Waste of my time.

This is also a low class used car dealer selling Low quality vehicles which are bought on shady auctions and then resold quickly for a quick buck the only looser here is the buyer. This guy always wins. Careful!

I really give them 0 star that's what Gallo gets. he's rude, and over price. I'm a single mom, unemployed and don't have much to work with. I went to him today to get the cooling fan install. His answer was, " what do you want? I don't have time to waist with you " I was embarrassed, humiliated and hurt that Gallo treatede in that manner. When I was married, my ex husband left too much money in Gallo shop. My two sons are always taking there cars there and get over charge. But, those are the people he has time for , shame on you!!! God don't like ugly, meaning you Gallo.

Oh... Oh no. I don't want to come off as melodramatic or over dramatic but to say that I feel ripped off is an understatement. They completely bought parts, switched them out and charged me for then when all I asked for was for them to look it over and tell me if there's a problem. If it wasn't that expensive, sure why not, you might as well but if I'm dropping 150 to 300 dollars on things I briefly mentioned to look at, that's not right. I'd rather have my car be pulled out and sit in the parking lot then have to pay for something that I didn't consent for. But alright alright the deal is done and you said you fixed the thing that you said was apparently critically in need of repairs. Why the hell does it break down one week later. Then you charge me 40 bucks for something that you said only cost you 4 dollars on the piece. You were supposed to fix it the first time, there's no reason for me to keep forking out money. Who ever thinks this place is great just wait you'll be screwed over eventually.

One of the worst places I’ve dealt with, went to get my car taken care of and ever since it’s been worse then before. My gas tank can only fill 6 gallons now, i deal with more problems then i had before and all the owner tells me is hey just go see dealer. Trash company

Went in for one thing left with my car in worse condition. It's making noise that it was NOT making initially and shaking really bad after they claimed to have done an alignment. Its really hard to find a GOOD TRUSTHWORTHY mechanic that's not just about taking people's money.

I like that Best Auto is Family owned and operated.Ive known and dealt with the company for over 20 years!Galo is a very straight forward guy,extremely honest,doesn't beat me around the bush,gives the best advice on any auto or tire question I have,has always been fair on labor costs,has helped me out when times got tough for me and has even gone out of his way to help me out over the years with all of my cars and I'd have say the same thing to all of his employees!I can and always will go to Best Auto!

This guy is the fairest and most honest mechanic I have met in my lifetime and I have been going there for a few years now. I’m in the mechanical trade and know how hard it is to pinpoint a problem so some of these comments are unfair to this shop. The shop is a repair facility to diagnose and repair your car not give you a new one. Repairing a vehicle is not easy and sometimes it is a trial and error slow multi point process and task to get everything right. Patience is number one and these guys have a lot of patience. If I could give them six stars I would so I give them the five. Keep doing a great job guys.

Was treated with kindness and respect today when I got my flat tire fix even though they were in the middle of trying to close shop they still took care of me no matter how long it took to get me back on the road! Would definitely highly recommend people going there for all of your auto needs. If my father wasn't with me today at Sam's Club I would have been overcharged and to top it off they could not take my old tire off my rim and put a new tire on what's they prorated and then try to charge me for a disposal fee even though I took my tire and rim and new tire with me! Definitely taking my business and all my family to Best Auto.

I have used this location for both tires and mechanical issues on my Ford Taurus, and the owner Galo and staff were attentive and knowledgeable to help with my particular needs. First of all I would like to say Thank you ***Jesus*** for me staying calm and trying to resolve my *****HORRIBLE***** Experience peacefully by leaving and writing the review and other measures, peacefully, complained to my Financial Institution. I went to this shop and advised I have an AC Leak. They advised a line that was leaking, a same line I was told needed replacing. It is a Shops responsibility to diagnose a problem correctly and it is completely up to the customer what they would like to have fixed. Since I have severe, (Chronic) migraines, it is important to have my AC working at all times. So I trusted them and had them replace the line with a part I purchased. I paid for the repair I told them it doesn't seem cold to me, I know how cold my car can get. They disputed my findings and said it is cold, they said since it's the end of the day, drive it home, it will continue to get cold. It did not, I called him right away, I recall calling again another day when I was about to faint while driving, he said to bring it back and (AGREED) to correct the problem, free of charge, Freon or whatever was necessary. I brought the car back yesterday 02/09/2026. The manager, I think his name was Angel, something like that, he was not there, so the African -Island male took the picture of my license plate, after they advised the valve head is leaking, they should me a watery substance in the valve that was visible. The African Island male said they are so busy, he will have it fixed, no problem, tomorrow. He never mentioned or said they would charge me, because they diagnosed the car incorrectly, so coming out of pocket yet again, a problem, why would I pay for a part to be installed and the car still (RUNS) ***HOT*** That will defeat the purpose trying to prevent fainting while driving!!! the Manager, left, I called him on his cell, he said you are going to be a problem, his EXACT words, I tell you what, Leave my shop now, I will call the Police!!! I left, is this how you treat customers??? HMMM, I was going to provide more customers, this is my experience, and everyone should RUN!!!!!! my review. He was yelling so Loud to leave his shop that was not necessary, in a soft voice, he still could have been professional and say we are not going to make the repair we Promised you as a result of NOT diagnosing the car Properly, that still could have been said nicely. We must watch how we treat people, there is a saying about (KARMA), it comes back and to add more, every time I tried to locate him, he was somewhere smoking a substance that smelled of, or like Marijuana, although it is legal, he spent a lot of time smoking away from customers who needed him, I cannot say what the substance was, but I can identify the smell, I learned it because a friend taught me, I never drank or smoked anything in my life; but since it became legal we all recognize the smell. The point is smoking also took over attending to the customer, me that's what he was doing every time I tried to locate him with questions, concerns. My ***HORRIBLE***EXPERIENCE, paying more maybe worth it at times. The ONE Star is too good for them, you could not post unless you selected a star, ZERO Stars!!!!
