★☆☆☆☆ My experience with this shop is not a good one. He supposedly fixed my car transmission and gave a one year "warranty" The moment i started to drive the car there was still an issue with it. It had a loud clank when i would move it from park to reverse. It also slowed down even when pressing the acceleration. I didnt bring it back right away as I needed it for school..when I brought it back Alex was on vacation and the others working could not do anything... I eventually brought it back again. Even had a second look at it and was told it was the transmission. Im currently being told its the starter. Whats unfortunate about mechanics today is that its mostly about money. I hope other people dont lose their money. Response to Alex: Yes I did drive it to Orlando and I may not have as much knowledge about cars but I am not lying when I say there was issues the moment I got the car. Before leaving fort lauderdale by the turnpike the car started having problems as I mentioned above. The ONLY reason i still drove it was because I needed it for school. If we spoke I would have told you the same as I told your guys working for you back in April. When it comes to changing oil I dont think its bad to come here. I dont believe you ever fixed the transmission properly just put an old transmission you had or got cheap and ripped us off charging 2500 and saying there will be warranty. I came while you were on vacation and nothing was done this was in April and the car was working enough to come to your shop. If you think the car was only brought to you because it turns off you are mistaken. The car stopped working only recently and if it was fixed when I came in April this could have been a good review. You are also now saying the engine blew when you told my dad it is the starter. That was why you didn't honor the warranty.I leave good and bad reviews. It depends on the fairness, quality, and what the business is all about.
