This is the simply the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. David was able to fix a major problem in my car that nobody else was even able to identify. I had been going from mechanic to mechanic (including the car dealership) for months in search of a solution to this issue. He worked on my car until he identified and fixed the problem. Honesty, integrity, and skilled. Highly recommend. Wish I had found him sooner.

David (Owner) saved me twice on getting my Transfer Case replaced on my 2006 Mazdaspeed 6. The first time I brought in my car to get my TC seals replaced but he found that the TC itself was broken and actually took the initative and rebuilt my Transfer Case to the best of his ability because it was broken, free of charge. I was able to drive the car thanks to him for about 2 months before the TC gave out for good. I brought it back to him to get it replaced and David took care of a coolant leak he found while on the job and gave me a free bulb for my brake light because it was out, free of charge. My point is, David has got you covered; you can hire him with 100% confidence in his work and customer service. I personally do not trust anyone else with my car unless it is him; HIGHLY Recommended.

David is the most skilled and honest.mechanic you could ever hope to meet and provide service on your car. He always tried to find a simple and low cost solution if there is one. He knows everything about cars. He will tell you months in advance if he sees a part failing that you should expect to replace. He is also incredibly responsive. He will always answer your texts and calls. He will keep your car running reliably and safely and will take the time to explain everything. He will treat you as a friend. There may be other good mechanics, but there is nobody I have met like him. David is simply the BEST!!

I am extremely satisfied with the services they provided me. I took my mother's car to Japanese Auto Care Specialists, a 2007 Toyota Rav4. David and his team were very honest and professional about the car issues. They fixed it, and the car is excellent like never before. I had horrible experiences with big names in the car industry. Then I had problems with my car's A/C, a 2016 Honda. David was very professional, giving me many options to use different parts that could be more affordable. Such an amazing experience. I took my car to the Honda dealer and to my old mechanic that I had for almost 20 years and they could not fix the problem. Honda wanted to charge me over $2000 between a gas tank issue and the V-tech system. My previous mechanics said all these issues were fixed, but they were not. All of that only for David to find that something was simply unplugged. The relief of getting my car to work properly after all the stress cannot be quantified. Thank you so much, y'all are my mechanics now.

This review is long over due but this mechanic is the best. I had recently bought a used Honda pilot and noticed my car having oil leaks. I took it to a Honda dealership and they quoted me $5000 to fix my oil leaks stating that they had to pull my whole engine out and do a full reseal. I took my car back and brought it here for a second opinion. Turns out it was only my valve covers that were leaking and it only costed me $480. Ever since I got my car fixed I haven’t had any issues with the car and I’m very grateful that they were able to take care of me. They also did my timing belt later and I’ve been able to enjoy my car without worrying if it will break down on me.

These guys are very humble and the real deal. Genuine mechanics trying to earn an honest living. I have found my new go to mechanics for future car repairs and maintenance. Devid had quoted me 150 to replace a part I had bought for my car after shopping around and seeing these other mechanics trying to take advantage of my repair and praying on me not knowing any better, it made me appreciate this car repair shop on another level. We give our highest recommendation to David at Japanese Auto Care Specialists. We found him to be reliable, accessible, hard-working and incredibly skilled at fixing our cars. Trustworthy, patient, respectful and honest, too. I can't tell you everything he did, because I don't know the first thing about cars. He worked under the hood, made my AC cold again, repaired door, windows and tires. When warning lights appeared on the dashboard, he always resolved the issue. I trust him to do whatever needs to be done, at a very reasonable cost, to keep my car running right. Thank you, David!

We flew down to buy my dream car only to find it had a horrible misfire. Turns out it was running on two cylinders. Did a search and found David at JACS. Walked in completely unannounced. They diagnosed it in probably 45 minutes. Didn’t charge me anything that first go around. They helped me find parts. We Spent the rest of that evening and the next day sourcing what we needed and took it back to them. They got it in running proper and sorted everything out really quick. They were incredibly generous with their time and effort and had us heading to NC with peace of mind we’d get home successfully!! :) They’re super kind fellows and If you ever have any issues, I would highly recommend them. They’ll get you sorted.

If you need a mechanic who knows there stuff and won't BS you on pricing, this is definitely the place. I went in to have my front undercarriage cover reattached and it took all of 5 minutes at a very low price. I was going to take my vehicle to the dealership at first, then after calling was told I needed to leave my car there and the inspection wouldn't be free. I have a warranty and GAP insurance and they can't do a free inspection? Also, If that part needed replacing because of damage, it was going to be over $400. I did a bit of research and found this store and it was the best decision I could've made. I will definitely be coming back to this repair shop.

Had my local Mazda dealer quote me $550 and up for a valve cover gasket reseal and transmission service. I decided to give this place a shot and man was it worth the 45 minute drive. My Mazda is TRULY driving better than when I bought it brand new! I will definitely be making that 45 minute drive again if I need anything major on my Mazda. Prices were reasonable and service was when I needed it done, thank you for the great work!
